Located at the sought after Surfers Parade, 'Willows' offers uninterrupted views of the surf, breathtaking sunsets and tranquil sun rises.

This 2 storey family holiday home of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has the best surf and coastal views you could wish for. Just amble across the road to one of the most popular beaches our coastline has to offer.

Middleton has simply stunning beaches and is also home to the Southern Right Whales in July –September. At Surfers Parade, you’ll be able to swim, surf, soak up the sun in the warmer months and in the cooler months simply relax, enjoy the view, maybe spot a whale or curl up with a good book.

The waterside balcony and the large decking area at the rear of the house, with outdoor furniture, are just the spots for entertaining and relaxation.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is for a maximum of 8 guests and provided in 4 bedrooms.
Upstairs: Bedroom 1 - Queen, Bedroom 2 - 2 singles, Bedroom 3 - 2 singles.
Downstairs: Bedroom 4 - Double bed.

Blankets and doonas, pillows and tea towels are provided. The tariff includes a LINEN package. The LINEN package includes linen for all beds - (fitted sheet, top sheet, pillow cases), a bath towel and a hand towel per person. Beds are made up ready for your arrival.

The following features are available for your enjoyment:

UPSTAIRS:

Open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows that accentuates the unobstructed views, spacious lounge and kitchen, including with a r/c air conditioner, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, smart TV, DVD, CD player/radio.

Three bedrooms and bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

There is a stair gate at the top of the internal stairs for your convenience with the little ones. There is also a gate at the top of the rear deck external stairs.

DOWNSTAIRS:

Laundry with washing machine, bathroom with toilet and shower and family room with large plasma TV, electric heater, CD/radio player and table tennis table.

There is a Gas BBQ available for use.
Please note: We do not have Wi-Fi at the property.

Ample off street parking is available.

The Willows Stay

Great location, quiet inside despite the great sea noises. Good for grandparents downstairs and parents and grandchildren upstairs...all joining together to eat, relax and look at the amazing view out the window.

Our two day stay was great. The charcoal and gas BBQs were a treat. The unit was clean with fully equipped kitchen. Views of the beach were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only improvement opportunity is to repair the dishwasher or a new dishwasher is probably due. Thanks David, for the proactive communication to make our stay a pleasant one.

Best property we have ever rented. As well as the great location, the house was nicely presented and well set out. It was well stocked with good crockery and cutlery, saucepans etc. Which is a problem in most rentals. The only negative was no WiFi . Stayed in winter. Great spot to watch the weather and the whales.Upstairs heating excellent. Downstairs column heating. Enjoyed the table tennis. Kitchen well equipped. A couple of maintenance issues. Downstairs ceiling and upstairs blind. Rubbish disposal policy could be revised as we were not allowed to use the bins on the property and the bins in the nearby car park were full. So we took the rubbish home.

The directions were clear and there was plenty of onsite parking. The location is one of the most beautiful spots we have stayed, with uninterrupted views of the ocean. There were plenty of sleeping options, great games room (we enjoyed a few games of table tennis). Property was clean and there was ample linen etc. The Kitchen included basic condiments which was appreciated and the equipment and facilities were good. Plenty of space, heating and cooling options and two bathrooms were very convenient, especially liked the very deep bath). The property is walking distance of the town centre and directly in front of the beach. The Property Manager was responsive. We all had a really enjoyable and relaxing time in this stunning beach house.

Fun times at Middleton
Willows on Surfers Parade is a great place to stay. With fantastic views across Middleton Beach it's a very clean and well maintained property. The linen package is a bonus for a large family group, saving luggage space and time. Easy access to the beach right across the road. Plenty of fun things to do after sunset with table tennis and board games provided. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Finding this property for a break leading up to Christmas was very lucky for us, the location just across from the beach is fantastic allowing awesome views.
