This peaceful rural location feels very secluded yet gives extremely easy access to all of the facilities of Frankton (just 5 minutes drive away) or Queenstown (just 15 minutes drive away). With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home is perfect for families or groups of up to 8 guests.
The clever design of this property makes the most of its north-facing orientation, with floor to ceiling feature windows to allow plenty of light into the main large living area. With mountain views towards The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and the Cardrona Valley, and mature trees framing the property, you really can switch off and relax in this environment, surrounded with natural beauty. There is also a second living space and large open planned kitchen and dining area, so you will never be short of space in this stunning home.
In winter months, keep warm with underfloor heating, oil-filled radiators, and a cosy ambience with the gas fireplace.
