The Deck - Peaceful rural elegance

Beautiful modern home situated on two and a half acres in a prime area between beaches and Margaret River town.

The Deck is family friendly and also suitable for couples or a small group of friends. Pot belly fire place, reverse cycle air conditioning to the open plan living area and ceiling fans to the lounge and all of the bedrooms.

A very well planned design, well equipped kitchen plus private and stunning outdoor areas both for entertaining outside and making use of the surrounding land.

Two queen rooms and a third bedroom with two singles, two bathrooms plus separate water closet and laundry.

Daikin reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge. Pot belly fire place.

40 inch Samsung H6400 television, 3D bluray player and Denon Sound system.

Great Telstra coverage with booster installed at the house. Free NBN Wifi and Netflix.

No school leavers bookings please.

Great getaway
Fabulous getaway, totally peaceful and tranquil yet close enough to vineyards and Margaret River town is only 10 mins away with winery 15 mins away. Most toilet amenities are provided except toothbrush, toothpaste and shower cap. Only rain shower is provided so bring your own shower cap. Kitchen is very well equipped. Spaces are generous and living room has a lovely fireplace to keep us warm. Car is required to move around in Margaret river, Driving back to accommodation at night is a bit stressful as surroundings are in pitch darkness as in most places in Margaret River. Communication with Jarrod and team was easy.

Beautiful Location
The place was great! We sat on the deck in the evening surrounded by kangaroos and listening to the birds. It is located very close to Margaret River and all it has to offer.

Wonderful home
This is one of the best Stayz homes we have stayed in. The location was fabulous, the home was warm and cozy for our winter stay. Beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you would need. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect place and time to unwind with mother nature at its best. Amenities were perfect. The location to our favourite winery Cape Mentelle just made it extra special.

Great House - Perfect Location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The house was well set up and we really appreciated having a wood fire for our Winter stay. The property is well situated both to town and to a range of places to eat, wineries, distilleries, breweries and activities for the kids. The setting was lovely and we enjoyed the morning visits by the kangaroos and the regular visits from the local bird life. We all agree that we would stay here again and would recommend this property to others.

Margaret River Paradise
Great property, very well laid out with all the amenities you could want. Beautiful location with wildlife on your doorstep, whilst only a few minutes from Margaret River town. Tina & Stephen were extremely helpful and made our stay a very memorable one. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Cosy yet spacious
Very pleased with this fair priced gem! The build of the property is very good, with quality fittings and overall layout design. The location is ideal for us as is rural enough to be an escape, but still close enough to town for a long walk in, or short ride. Will return again, unless an absolute bargain is found elsewhere, when looking for a house down south. Thanks to Steve and Tina for a faultless booking experience also.

Fantastic Property
This was our4th time staying at The Deck. The property is in a great location surrounded by nature with kangaroos just outside your door most mornings and afternoons. The property is always cleaned to a high standard and has a great layout. Already booked againfor next year!

Amazing property in a brilliant location
We can thoroughly recommend The Deck. It was perfect for our family and ideally located for all the amenities Margaret River has to offer. Our hosts went above and beyond for us, going so far as to deliver a power adaptor when I mentioned that we'd forgotten ours! We hope to visit the area again soon and would have no hesitation in booking with our hosts again.

What's not to love about this property? . Perfectly located and central to all that is wonderful about the Margaret River region. . Clean, comfy and stocked with all that you need in a home away from home. . Beautiful outlook onto green pasture and forest with an abundance of kangaroos and other wildlife to watch go by.

Perfect rural retreat
Took my family from the U.K. down to Margs to see some wildlife and they were not disappointed. Kangaroos in the garden, kookaburras in the trees! So quiet and peaceful and a lovely house, which was really well equipped for our stay. Thank you. Will be back.

Peaceful oasis
Great place to stay - peaceful, teeming with Australian wildlife; great place to relax and unwind. Excellent facilities. As stated no internet or mobile reception. Close to wineries and attractions. Highly recommend.
