Lounge area with large flat screen TV, DVD player,Internet access and split system. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Master bedroom with queen size bed, TV and ensuite. Bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed and TV.
Main bathroom with bath and shower.
Quality bed linen and towels supplied.
Lock up garage and secure parking for second car or boat.
Ideal for 1 or 2 couples.

The property had a great location. Easy walk to Mansfield shops and food as well as a short drive away from Buller. Modern, clean, owners easy to communicate with. Solid experience overall.

We enjoyed our stay at Ben's Place. It was within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and the cinema. The beds were very comfortable and it was good to find an en suite plus a bathroom with a great bath! A good base from where to explore the lovely rural area around Mansfield.

Fantastic Property - Highly Recommended
When staying somewhere for the first time it is great to walk into a immaculately clean and well presented property with modern tasteful fittings. The property is a 5 minute walk to the centre of Mansfield but is in a very quiet area. We had 2 couples staying there and we really enjoyed the whole time both inside and also chilling out on the out door setting. I would highly recommend this place to anybody visiting Mansfield. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely delighted
We stayed at Ben's Place for 2 nights as a couple and were absolutely delighted. The whole experience from booking to checking in was smooth. Then we entered, and we were delighted. Everything was perfect and comfortable and clean. Location was convenient with a short walk to town and there was no traffic noise. We didn't want to leave and will return again definitely. This place is a gem.

Great place to call home for a few days
Lovely place for 2 couples to share while holidaying in the area. Everything that you would need in your home away from home has been thought of. Immaculate & well presented, they even had 2 umbrellas in the cupboard! I would definitely recommend Ben's Place for anyone looking to stay in Mansfield.

Lovely place, great service, very clean
We loved our stay at Bens place. It actually looks like the photos (which isn't always the case). Two great bedrooms, big kitchen and living room, nice little outdoor space and two nice bathrooms. Very clean and modern. The property manager Jane was very helpful. Would recommend staying here

Modern property in a great location
Was really happy with our stay at Ben's Place in Mansfield. The location was great, walking distance to the main street. Lock up garage was a bonus. The property itself was really modern, great condition and beautiful furnishings. The outdoor setting was a lovely way to enjoy the afternoon sun. Our host was lovely, meeting us shortly after we arrived early with chocolates in hand. Being a warm day it was really good to find the air con on keeping the house very cool. I would definitely recommend Ben's Place for a trip to the Mansfield area.

Luxurious modern apartment
Studio 7 was everything and more than advertised. The beds were luxurious and the decor inviting and comfortable. A beautiful deep spa bath set in a very modern bathroom that Invites the outside in is too temptingly to resist and it also has a lovely relaxing private courtyard outside. It is a very quiet and private place to stay although very close to the shops. Cat, your host bends over backwards to make your stay as perfect as possible, she is a lovely lady.

Very neat and tidy, focusis on entertaining areas, large TV and relaxng outdoor area. Beds extremly comfortable, ensuite and bathroom is excellent. All cooking facilites complete with pots pans and al requirements. Yes would defintly stay again, only needs a BBQ.
