Our place to call home Three night minimum stay on long weekends.
A place to call home is a well equipped home with everything that you need to have a wonderful stay in Ballarat.
Situated on a quiet street in Sebastopol
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you choose to.
Also lots of herbs and spices olive oil ect.
The four bedrooms consist of the main bedroom with a queen size bed and its own ensuite. 2 bedroom consists of a double bed, 3rd bedroom consists of two singles and the forth bedroom consists of two comfortable single beds. All rooms are a good size. The laundry has a washing machine and a dryer. All linen and towels are provided.
There are supermarkets such as Woolworth's and Aldi's close by. With some good takeaway shop's also within a five minute walk from the property and the city centre is only five minutes by vehicle.
A cleaning fee is also charged per stay this has only accrued since the covid pandemic as extra cleaning and time is needed to ensure everyone is safe.
Coffee, tea, sugar and some pantry items for you to use during your stay.
A fee of $ 20 applies if two guests require separate queen bed room and double bed room.
A one night stay can sometimes be possible, just send an enquiry and we'll let you know.
Pet fees are charged accordingly depending on number of night stayed and number of pets.
Check in is after 2 pm and check out is before 10 am
Please no smoking inside the property.
There are also security camera's on the outside of the property
Also it is advised to park your vehicle inside the property of a night.
Extra guests are $45 per person per night.
Please let us know beforehand so we can accommodate.
Please leave the house tidy as if left untidy an extra cleaning fee maybe applied
