Bellevue Cottage at Bundara Farm

Bellevue is a spacious country cottage with a stunning new kitchen, two new bathrooms and comfortable country styling. Set in an elevated position, the cottage looks out over our lovely rural property.

The cottage has two bedrooms, each with a king bed that can be split into two singles and an additional fold-out bed can be set up if required.

The cottage has reverse-cycle air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a log fire. The fire is set and additional firewood is included during the winter months.

The cottage has a large fenced verandah with barbecue where you can enjoy a meal or drink and relax.

Set on 15acres of beautiful gardens, green paddocks and surrounded by gum trees, Bundara Farm is a few minutes' drive from the beautiful historic village of Berry, and five minutes from Seven Mile Beach.

Berry meets beach

This is a beautiful location in between the beach and the town of Berry. It’s a perfect cottage for 4 people with a lovely kitchen and bathrooms. Anna was a wonderful host, picking beautiful flowers from the garden for us to enjoy and even posting on my earphones that I stupidly left behind ! A very restful and peaceful weekend away.

Gorgeous farm stay close to Sydney

The cottage was perfect - close to town and beaches, quiet and surrounded by native birds in the gum grove in front. Expensive .... But isn't everywhere in January?

A divine weekend break

Two ladies and a Labrador enjoyed a beautiful weekend in this tastefully appointed cottage. Our hosts were delightful and accommodating (I changed our dates twice) and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was lovely to meet the curly coated cows and the miniature horses. A fabulous location close to Berry and the beach. Thank you Jane and Mark.

Christmas at Bellevue cottage

Fabulous cottage in perfect location. Anna and Greg have though of everything to make your stay comfortable. We were there for Christmas and we had actually brought our own Christmas tree only to find that a beautiful tree already there, what a wonderful surprise. It's beautifully styled, clean and comfortable. We will be back

Beautiful Berry

We had such a great time at Bundara Farm. We stayed in Bellevue cottage and it was perfect for our family of 4 + 2 small dogs. We took the dogs to the beach at Shoalhaven Heads and to cafes for breakfast and lunch in Berry. The cottage was beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. The gardens and grounds surrounding the cottages and homestead were stunning and very well maintained. We would love to come back and stay again.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at Bundara Farm . The surroundings are beautiful on the edge of Berry town centre and closely located to Gerroa beach. Bellevue cottage is perfectly appointed , full of character and spotlessly clean ..made even nicer by a wood burning fire to take the chill off a colder evening . Finally Anna is a wonderful host We loved it so much we have booked our return stay !

Charming property

The accommodation was a charming cottage on a rural property. Beautifully furnished, comfortable and spotless. There is another cottage and the main residence on the property. We felt a little overlooked staying here but we also live on property, so are used to not having neighbours. I'm sure for someone from the city this would not be a problem. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and not at all intrusive. Basic supplies such as milk or olive oil would have been appreciated on arrival to save extra trips into town. All in all a very enjoyable mini break.

Highly recommend

The farm is the ideal spot to get away from it all but still be close to Berry and other popular South Coast towns. Plus, the adorable cows on-site were a pleasure to interact with and made the whole stay all the more enjoyable. We were very well looked after during the whole stay and felt very much welcome the entire time.

we absolutely loved our stay at Bellevue Cottage. it was so clean and it suited us perfectly. we loved the quiet, sitting outside and enjoying the calm. i also loved waking up to the mooing of the cows. speaking of which, the cows just loved my little Nikita, they wanted to get to know her, only she was petrified. we will definately be coming back.

The perfect country cottage

Bellevue Cottage was the perfect spot for our family (including golden retriever) to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the tranquil property, admire the stunning natural landscape and be only 5 minutes from beautiful Berry and Seven Mile Beach. The cottage is comfortable with BBQ on the verandah for long lunches in the sun and cosy fireplace in the evening. Highly recommend this for a peaceful, family getaway.

We have owned Bundara Farm for a year now, having moved from Sydney to enjoy the quieter life in Berry.
We love our little farm - it's beautiful and green and peaceful. We're surrounded by bird life and native animals, as well as our farmyard friends - Galloway cows, two mini ponies and cheeky chicken.
We enjoy hosting our guests and do our best to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Why they chose this property

Bundara Farm is in the most ideal location. In a quiet country lane, but only 4 minutes drive to historic Berry town, where you can enjoy the local cafes, shops and restaurants. 4 minutes in the other direction takes you to Seven Mile Beach and a little further down the road to Gerroa and Gerringong.
So, we enjoy the best of both worlds - country and coast!
