Fabulous!!
We stayed on NYE, it was a fantastic location to watch the midnight fireworks. The apartment itself was lovely and a nice touch to see the Christmas tree up. Everything we needed was there and more.. it felt very special. Thanks.

Well appointed executive apartment
Gorgeous property with stunning views. Kids were very impressed with the xbox and excited to see the beautiful Christmas tree which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect with fantastic restaurants only a short walk away.

Beautiful view and well supplied
World class view from the property. It is well stocked with beautiful glassware and useful entertainment system. We didn't cook but we're impressed by how well stocked it was. After dinner we were a bit rowdy on the balchony which unfortunately caused some inconvenience to an adjecent neighbour - time flew and at midnight and we didnt realise how late it was. I believe reasonable amounts of noise at a reasonable hour would be accommodated, however we may have been a bit overboard.

Be careful when booking this property, as we lost half our bond because owner claimed damage of property when there was not and refused to provide any evidence. I work in a 5 star hotel and this is not a professional host at all.

Location very good and ez check in. View was great. However, the apartment was dirty, smelled, and the furniture very old/beat up. Contacted property manager. After exchanging emails multiple times and our next to last day there her rep finally showed up. $200 dollars was refunded but that did not make up for the filth and smell. We were glad to leave.

Perfect location / Beautiful / Beyond Clean!!!
You can tell A LOT about a property based on the cleanliness and care of the unit. This was beyond clean. I'm a stickler for this as being clean is not just about being clean, but it is also about, will we enjoy our time or be worried about what we are touching. This place has the most amazing balcony with fantastic views. I love how the balcony has a lot of space, and so when we weren't doing things, we enjoyed our time out there playing games and just reading. The VRBO listing says both bedrooms are just queen beds but I was thrilled to see the master had a king size bed. The location was stellar, making it easy to either walk or ferry to other locations. The kitchen was loaded beyond the unit description on VRBO. There was nothing in addition to bring or buy other than food/beverages. Also, as a side note, in all of the units we've rented over the years, this was the first place they provided laundry detergent. Before we headed to Sydney, it was great to do a couple of loads of laundry to have everything fresh. I would, without a doubt, stay here again!

Amazing Property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Felix Executive Apartment. Joanne was an accommodating, helpful and understanding host. The apartment was incredible in a fantastic location and we didn't want for anything. One of the best places we've ever stayed and will definately return.

Fantastic Apartment
We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment is amazing and really comfortable. The location is fantastic, this place is for sure a winner. The apartment is clean and tidy and the coffee machine was a hit for my Husband. Can't wait to stay in the Felix again.

Brilliant place to stay
Our stay was enjoyable and the apartment was luxurious and well appointed. Spacious, and with amazing views of Brisbane, it had everything you could need for a short or extended stay. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and all came with individual bathrooms. The apartment was internet enabled and had various entertainments included. The kitchen was modern, with a basic pantry of staples, and all the implements you would need to prepare anything you wished. The apartment is located close to central Brisbane and within walking distance of public transport. The apartment came with private off street parking that was handy, though a little tight, and there was also short term parking available for guests. It was easy to get the keys on 'check in', and also exiting was no problem. Overall the stay was enjoyable and the location and facilities available within the building (Poke-Stops, Gym and Pool) meant there was something for everyone in the family to be able to enjoy. We would not hesitate in recommending this accommodation to anyone else thinking about visiting Brisbane and looking for a central location to stay in.

We loved our stay. The apartment was luxurious and had amazing views. It was so easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. The gym equipment was newish and well maintained and the pool was great for the kids. Joanne was welcoming and helpful.

So good we stayed twice !
We liked the photos of this apartment and whilst somewhat on the pricey side we thought well you get what you pay for ! So we went and booked it. The Apartment is as described, it is very well equipped the owners having spared no expense with its kit out and replacement of goods as required. The apartment is very well located for the Brisbane CBD and Eagle Point Pier on the river, there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a very short walk or the facilities within the apartment for cooking / food preparation are excellent. The bedroom was spacious enough with plenty of storage avaible, the bed was large and very comfortable. The en suite bathroom was great and the shower in particular was excellent We stayed for a week at the end of July and then again over a weekend in early August Throughout the booking process and stay the owners have been extremely helpful, their instructions regarding check in, parking, check out etc have been very clear and helpful - nothing has been too much trouble for them. Well done and thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

Fabulous City Appartment
We stayed at this apartment for 2 nights when celebrating a reunion with friends. The apartment is spectacular with every single thing you could possibly need for a wonderful weekend. Joanne was so lovely and helpful, even calling us to confirm we could check-in early. The views are spectacular, as is every perfect element of this lovely apartment. I will definitely be back.

Amazing Apartment in the perfect location !!!
Just back from staying at this apartment and there is nothing to say other than its perfect in every aspect. The apt, on the 37th floor is spacious and light with amazing views of the Story bridge from all the rooms and comes with the added bonus of having a outside deck area to enjoy the spectacular view with a glass of wine. The location could not be any better, being a short stroll from the river, Queen street mall, the botanical gardens and a plethora of great restaurants literally on your doorstep. The apt was spotless and the furnishings and appliances (including the commercial coffee machine) were of the highest quality. if you decide to cook in for a night and just enjoy the views from the balcony, then the kitchen has everything you need, again all utensils of the highest quality. Finally, and very importantly dealing with Joanne from start to finish was an absolute pleasure and she could not have done more to assist and respond quickly to any queries I had. I cannot recommend this apartment more highly - it was a privilege and a pleasure to stay, and we look forward to returning when next in Brisbane.

Fabulous
This is a fantastic property and would not hesitate to stay again. The view is SUPERB. The owner is very pleasant to communicate with and things ran very smoothly. Love the sky windows and the feel of luxury with quality finishes, appliances, crockery, etc.
