"Peppermint Grove Beach is a pristine beach halfway between Bunbury and Busselton in Western Australia's beautiful southwest"

2 hours drive from Perth you'll be ready to move in and enjoy your holiday.

Peppermint Grove Beach where there is 4WD access to the beach and you can launch your small boat for a spot of fishing or water sports.

The ideal place for a relaxing holiday, or weekend getaway where you can enjoy the solitude of your own almost private beach and the dolphins who regularly come in close to the shore.

WHATS INSIDE

Upstairs, the main living area is open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with views of the ocean and the wetlands. 2 bedrooms and bathroom/ toilet . One bedroom has a queen bed and the other with 3 bunk beds. Small deck area is a lovely place to sit and relax or read.

Downstairs is another 2 queen size bedrooms,bathroom, toilet and laundry with a large undercover area with BBQ set up and outdoor furniture to relax on, or if your feeling a bit more energetic enjoy a game of table tennis.

Beautiful and quiet stay in peppermint grove beach
Lovely property perfect for a family group right on the beach. The house had everything we needed for the weekend, including a stocked kitchen and lots of puzzles and books. Thank you, would stay again.

PEPPI BEACH HOLIDAY HOUSE WAS PERFECT
PEPPI BEACH WAS A FABULOUS LOCATION NEAR THE BEACH BUT ALSO FELT LIKE WE WERE IN THE COUNTRY. THE WEATHER WAS FREEZING BUT THE HOUSE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.

Tranquil Beach Stay
My husband, daughter and I stayed at Peppi Beach House over the March long weekend and had a wonderful time. The peaceful location and close proximity to the beautiful beach made this a relaxing family escape. The beach house was perfect for our needs and the owners have thought of just about everything to make your stay pleasant and entertaining! The Ping Pong table got quite a workout and all the extra beach toys were a bonus! Just wish we had take our dog too - I'm sure she would have loved it just as much :) Thanks to owner, Paul for all his help and excellent communication.

Amazing Location!
We enjoyed our stay! The house was simple but had everything we needed for our little getaway. The house is so close to the beach entry and we saw dolphins every time we went to the beach. The house was fitted was blankets and heaters so we stayed warm in the cold snap. Thank you for having us :)

Beach Shack Tree House
If you want to get away from it all, this is the secluded beach shack/ tree house for you. Hidden by trees, stunning elevated views over the wetland with forest in the distance. Ocean glimpses from the balcony. So close to the water you can hear the waves. Magical white sand and dolphins. Paradise! Short and easy stroll to beach. Bikes and books were fun. The house is no frills but the kitchen and bathroom look new and clean.

My family enjoyed every time spent in the house, beautiful open living space and the beach was very private. We spent most of our days fishing and on every day we were down at the beach, we saw so many dolphins!! was such a beautiful site. so worth it

A hidden gem.
A lovely house in a great location. It is one of the nicest and well maintain properties we've visited. Loved how close the beach was and the sunset were amazing. My daughter also seen some dolphins jumping out of the sea. After a day of exploring the area. It was great to relax at night playing board games and watching movies.( with the glass of wine ) We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Close To The Beach

Exactly what we where looking for!
A nice relaxing location high up on the hillside with nice views to the beach and over the farmlands (lot's of kangaroos in the afternoon). Short walk (1 min) to the beach access. The family enjoyed the trip, quite in the evenings when we sat down to watch a movie (or a glass of wine) and plenty to keep the kids occupied during the day. Good to see a ping pong table available and it was used! Love the layout of the house with the downstairs for the kids to enjoy and a quite retreat upstairs when needed. The location delivered everything that was promised and was fantastic as it felt we where away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to enjoy everything the south west had to offer. My family enjoyed the stay immensely and will be back for years to come, thanks again for a wonderful time.
