Wonderful experience!

This was the best spot for a much needed getaway - close to the pool, the beach and everything that mattered! The pictures do not do the house justice - it is very homey and well stocked with all you would need for a week (or more) away from home. Would recommend to friends and family and definitely stay again.

Quiet and Great Getaway

Perfect home away from home for us in Loreto. House location was convenient to the Tienda and the French restaurant. Loved the fresh baguettes in the morning, just a few steps away! And the pool & beach was also very convenient!

location is great

Close to two great restaurants and the pool. Easy walk to all other amenities, including beach. Interior of unit in was spacious but a little tired. Excellent value overall.

Hidden Gem

My family and I had a wonderful time here! The place was much bigger than we even expected. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to star gaze. The property manager, Brian, was so helpful with everything. The beds were very comfortable. This place had lots of outdoor spaces which we enjoyed. The unit had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Nopolo and Loreto. We plan to come back!

Excellent location and getaway!

We were very pleased with the location of this unit. We will literally steps away from the pool, a French bistro, a liquor store, and another resturant. The whole complex is clean, quiet, and safe. We enjoyed the three levels of the unit, the wonderful sunny weather and the friendly people. We will definitely be staying again. Very easy communication with the owner as well.

The location was great. The unit is in need of some upgrades such as silverware, dishes, glassware are old and mismatched. Bedding and pillows in the second bedroom should be updated to reflect the cost of renting. Bedside lamps are insufficient. Furniture is old and tired and dining chairs were dirty and stained. Cleanliness was not up to par. The remotes and switches were filthy. The whole house could use a deep clean. Patio furniture on all levels is old, dirty and rundown. Brian our host was responsive and good to work with.

Best vacation spot in loreto bay

Perfect location for walking to beach, snorkel, kayaking, restaurants and pool. Short 8 minute drive to downtown Loreto and the place had everything we needed for 14 days! Lots of towels! Washer and dryer! Felt very lucky to have found this gem

Best Location and Best Management

You really can't go wrong in Loreto Bay. All the houses are very nice and the neighborhood is very very well maintained. But... this house is in a super location near the community pool and the golf course. It's a bargain, and the price includes the best property manager in Loreto. They are on top of everything and are super hosts. Thanks Brian and Guy for a wonderful stay.

Great condo highly recommend!

Our family stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Property is about 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from Puerto Escondido where we had our boat. Guy and Brian were extremely responsive we can't wait to return.

Our Loreto mini Vacation

Great place, very family friendly peacefuland quiet, community pool just around the corner(1min walk). Beach just a 10min walk! Great views from the top of the casitas 3rd floor balcony. Awesome sunset view. Master bedroom away and up in the 2nd floor. Away from the teens👍... plenty of pool/beach towels. Only 1 tv but plenty of board games. Kitchen is equipped and ready to go.. and a full size fridge... Wild horses and burros roaming around the golf course, cool to see from the top balcony. Enjoy!!!

Relaxing vacation

Great location close to the pool. Residence needs a few minor upgrades to improve the stay experience. E.g. brighter lights, new bedding, and enough kitchen supplies, like plates and cutlery, for a family of four, or even six, since the space is advertised to sleep six .

Loreto Trip 2021

Many trips to Loreto, first time to Nopolo. Overall a good stay, however a list of minor and major deficiencies. Most notable to broken toilet seat upstairs bathroom, missing handles on wardrobe, water shut-offs without notice (first and second morning), access denied to beach on last day, and very difficult to operate tv controls. The microwave and dishwasher need to be upgraded., window treatments are broken. We appreciated a clean place to stay and the air conditioning worked well. I would encourage the owners to detail the property to ensure everything works I hope this review will benefit future guests.

Renting is tough on properties

Our first impressions of this property were not positive. We understand that uneven tiled floors make sweeping a challenge, but we were greeted with toenail clippings and hairs in the sinks. The dishes and glassware are a ragtag collection of garage sale items, most of which had to be washed before using. That is perhaps the fault of the previous renters, but the cleaners should have at least checked that things were in order. A dining room chair was broken and unsafe for use, and although the property manager took it away to repair early in our stay, we never saw it again. An errant garden irrigation nozzle had been spewing water into the hallway for an indeterminate time causing damage to the woodwork and a slipping hazard on the floor. We also later found that the washing machine leaked copious amounts of water when in use, and calcification in the kitchen faucet caused water to spray everywhere when it was turned on - easily fixed by soaking the filter in CLR or even vinegar but as we lacked a wrench, we could not attempt to remove it to clean. All that being said, we very much appreciated the games and basic foodstuffs left for our use. The property manager was also quick to respond when we pointed out that neither sink in the kitchen would hold water (as previously reported in an earlier review). The Loreto Bay development is lovely, safe and inviting and the location was great (as are most in the development). In summary, this property has suffered from deferred maintenance (wood window casings were stuck closed) and a lack of supervision of cleanliness. Despite first impressions, we enjoyed our stay and would readily return to Loreto Bay, although probably not to this casa. Cathy & Chris Calgary

Perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation

We stayed at this wonderful condo during the very warm summer/off season. It offered all the basic necessities and plenty of beach, pool and bath towels. Everything was as described and offered us a very quiet, comfortable and relaxing stay. It was nicely decorated and the whole community is adorable. Very nicely landscaped, extremely clean and close to the pool and beach. Also within a short walking distance to another lap pool, mini-market and the Wine Cellar Restaurant. Everyone we met was so kind, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants a comfortable relaxing home to stay in while exploring Loreto Bay and the surrounding areas.

Great Stay

We reserved our vacation home using vrbo weeks prior. We were a little skeptical in regards of what we were going to get once there. The location was beautiful, with friendly staff, plenty of security and walking distance to the beach. Five 🌟 we Recommend it .
