COWES BOAT RAMP FAMILY BEACH RETREAT (SLEEPS 20)

The property is 190 metres from the Cowes Boat Ramp and the beach. It has plenty of off-street parking, so you will not need to pay for parking at the boat ramp. Launch your boat and park your trailer back at the property.

Netflix is available in the main living area via an Apple TV which can also stream free to air TV and YouTube. Wireless internet is also available.

This is a fantastic family friendly holiday home that is suitable for 4 to 5 families or small groups. .

With easy open plan living, the main living area is lovely and sunny and has polished timber floor boards, split system heating and cooling, a HUGE modular lounge, a BIG 60" flat screen TV and a BluRay player.

There is a central dining table with seating for 12 plus a further 8 bar stools at the kitchen bench, so there will be ample dining seating for everyone. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with ample crockery and cutlery for up to 25 guests. There is an coffee machine, electric oven, a gas cook top, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.

Everything has been considered. There are 2 large fridges and a separate freezer only unit and plenty of platters and salad bowls for alfresco dining on the deck. The deck is accessed by sliding doors off the lounge. The backyard is fully fenced and private.

There is an outdoor setting and two gas BBQs that are perfect for Summer BBQs. There is also a small grassy area for the kids to play and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after the beach.

There are 4 Queen bedrooms all with ceiling fans and 2 bedrooms that each have 2 sets of tri bunk beds (i.e. 2 x double and 2 single in each room). Both bunk rooms have a wall mounted flat screen TV for the kids.

There are 3 bathrooms with showers. The main bathroom also has a bath. There are also three toilets (2 of which are standalone).

The laundry is well equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. This house has everything you will need for a family summer holiday, weekend away or track events.

There is ample off street parking and plenty of room for a boat.

There is also a large self contained Games Studio with a split system, sofas, TV, BluRay player, Stereo and a pool table that has a top that converts the pool table into a dining table.

Cowes birthday weekend

Stayed at this property with 16 family members. Arrival was easy and everything was there that you could possibly need. Kids enjoyed the pool table out in the back room. 15 min walk into town was easy. Great property and would recommend. Hosts were also great to deal with. Thanks again

Perfect property for large family getaway!

The property was perfect for my extended family of 20 for a weekend away. The living area was spacious for the whole family to relax and enjoy. Rooms were neat and tidy, and overall cleanliness of the house was exceptional. The games room and outdoor areas are great additions. Perfect location in a quiet street, with only a 5min walk to the beach, and a 2min drive in to Cowes town. Communication with hosts was excellent and timely. Thanks again Mark and Donna for a wonderful stay, looking forward to coming back for a summer weekend soon!

Perfect holiday accommodation for a large family

We had three generations of our family staying for four nights in this beautiful house and the set-up was perfect for such a large group. Very quiet neighbourhood and so close to the beach and the Boat Ramp Cafe. We are already planning to return next summer. Thanks Donna and Mark.

Perfect Extended Family Getaway

Multiple living spaces highlight the property making it easy for larger groups to come together and enjoy 'getting away'. Accommodation is close to the beach and nearby to shops and restaurants. A great place to relax for a weekend or longer if you're lucky enough to have the time!

Perfect venue for family gathering

We had a large family birthday celebration at this beautiful home. The house was clean and modern with all of the amenities required to prepare meals for a large group. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool room. Owners were easy to deal with. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Absolutely ideal!

We stayed here with 5 families for our parents 70th birthday! It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, the games room was a hit! Beds were comfortable and Mark was great to communicate with. Close to the beach and boat ramp. We loved our stay and will be back. 😊

great house for families

This house is so well designed for big groups of family and friends with large living and eating areas inside and outside. The bedrooms are generously proportioned and the bathrooms are great and numerous! The assess to the beach is so easy and that is the point of a beach house holiday. Everything about the experience was easy and convenient and helpful from booking to paying and accessing the property, Mark and Donna are responsive and helpful and answer questions promptly. I am hoping we can book again next year, highly recommend!

Spacious and well equipped

We had a large extended family group with 8 children. The house is a great size to allow the kids to run around and have quiet time in their rooms or out in the games room.
