Bowen Boathouse - Ocean Views

Upstairs space is from $140 per night (sleeps 4) and the downstairs section is $110 per night (sleeps 2).Children welcome.

A very spacious highset home with lovely ocean views and steps away from Queens Bay and gorgeous parklands. The home consists of two bedrooms upstairs which offer a queens size bed in the master and two single beds in the second bedroom. A large spacious lounge room . Upstairs also offers a large deck overlooking Queens Bay and the surrounding parklands. Fully self contained and can be let separately to the downstairs space. Airconditioning and fans in both spaces. All linen supplied and regular clean can be provided (additional cost) for long stay guests.

The park across from the property offers built in barbeque facilities, long walking tracks along the foreshore and play equipment for the kids. The property offers ample parking for big boats or additional carsx. Positioned on a corner there is two street access for your convenience. The boat ramp is just a two minute drive from the property.

Upstairs space is from $140 per night (sleeps 4) and the downstairs level is $110 per night (sleeps 2). Children welcome.

Great Boat House
We found the Boat House to be very homely and situated in a good position and right across from the beach, access to good walking track to Horseshoe Bay. My whole family enjoyed our stay there.

GREAT STAY AT BOWEN BOATHOUSE
Our family spent very enjoyable two weeks at the Boathouse. The 2 bedroom apartment is simple but have everything we needed and the ocean view was a nice bonus. Our friendly host Heather was very helpful.

Overall our stay was terrific. Beautiful clean property. Bait fridge is needed.
Property was beautiful and clean. Arrival and departure was easy. Only recommendations is the access wasn’t the easiest with our larger boat. We also wish there was an outside fridge for bait. Will definitely stay again

Bowen short stay
We enjoyed our stay in Bowen. The yard did fit our boat with a bit of manoeuvring. The house itself was comfortable and homely feel with good cooking facilities. Only small complaint we would of prefered proper plates rather than plastic and the cutlery was quite flimsy. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Great Views!
Lovely views from the front balcony, and location was great for us. Property was clean. There are fans or air con in the bedrooms, and air con in the lounge. Host was responsive and friendly. Our biggest issue was that the beds were rather uncomfy with very firm mattresses. If the beds were changed out, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Property is older and it shows, but perfectly functional and comfortable.

Convenient for what we needed to do in Bowen, though comfort was below average for 3 adults. When we booked we thought we would get 3 bedrooms until we read the whole thing. Will find a more cosy place next time. Clean place. Reactive communication with the owner..which was good!

My family of four has stayed here many times now. We love it. The property feels like a home away from home. Everything you need is there. The location is great, right near the best beaches in Bowen. The property manager is very helpful. Always a great time away at the Boathouse.

Comfortable stay for mums and infants.
My friend and our infant babies stayed at this booking for a long weekend. It was perfect for us both with young children. One stayed in the top apartment and one below. We didn’t hear each other or each other’s babies once which made different routines easy to manage. The cooking facilities were good, and the photos actually make the house look worse than it is. We were surprised that it was a lot nicer than the photos. Which is always a nice surprise. Great location with ocean views, and a lovely park over the road. Heather was also great to deal with. Only suggestions would be a new couch or a couch cover. Thanks for our stay.

Sanctuary in the far north
We loved our short stay at the Boathouse. The beds were comfortable, the view over the coast was brilliant and the house was perfect for our needs. Communicating with the owners was easy. This is a beautiful area and we love visiting every year. We will definitely be back and hope we can stay at the Boathouse on our next vacation up to the north.

Very dated, but ok
So, there was an ironing board but no iron, there was a mismatched variety of cooking and eating equipment, the non stick frying pan was aged scratched and very dated, the stove very outdated, if it were my property to rent, I would have decent cooking equipment nd matching crockery and cutlery not mismatched left over stuff no one wanted
