Nothing was spared in the construction of this modern chalet. The open floor plan offers a gourmet kitchen, dining table, bar with bar chairs, luxury modern furnishings, and a large living area with sliding glass doors that open to the outdoor entertainment area which features a firepit and speakers. It is equipped with whole-house audio, high-speed WiFi, expanded cable TV with sports and movie packages, and internet-connected Samsung 4K TVs with Netflix, Amazon Video and top movie apps. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a Samsung WiFi TV, full bath with double vanity, walk-in shower, and oversized walk-in closet. The flex space at the end of the hall offers three twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests, and the upstairs living area has a full size sleeper sofa. The two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, full size closets and full bathroom with tub, shower and double vanity.
The serene outdoor entertainment area features a pool, oversized hot tub and a large fire pit, perfect for gathering around on those cooler Austin nights. You will have everything you need to relax with your family or entertain friends, including Bocce ball, ladder golf, Corn Hole, beer pong, board games and more. In addition, enjoy a 2 car garage and extra free parking on the side streets. We offer premium amenities, including shampoo, soaps, paper products and hotel-quality towels and linens.

Guests have access to the entire house, a 2 car garage and a private backyard with an over-sized hot tub and pool. We offer digital locks, controlled via a unique code which will be provided to you. After securely booking your reservation online we will send you everything you need, so you can begin enjoying your stay as soon as you arrive. The home features a digital door lock allowing you to use your unique code to enter. You can request an early check-in / late check-out for a nominal fee (see below) which we are happy to arrange when possible. We are local and will be there to help whenever needed. You will also have access to our 24/7 digital communication system, where you can make requests and ask questions.

Pet Policy:
Bring your furry friend along for your stay at our pet-friendly property, for just $75 per night, per pet. We're happy to welcome more than one pet, but please contact us regarding accommodation options.
The pet fee does not include any damages your pet causes.
Please keep pets in crates when you leave the home.
Please bring your pet's own food/water bowls and chew toys.
Please make sure to put a leash on your pet if the pet will be outside of our property.

General Policies:
After securing your reservation we will send you a link to your personal boarding pass, which includes a rental agreement, verification, and the option to choose either a damage waiver or a security deposit. Once you have approved and signed the rental agreement you’ll have access to Check-in instructions and other important information about your stay.
Reservations are for accommodations only.
No guests under 25 without a parent or legal guardian. Additional guests pay a per-guest, per-day fee and must be under the total allowed by the Austin City Ordinance.
The property does not operate as a venue--events and parties are strictly prohibited.
No smoking anywhere on the premises.
Guest count and pets will be monitored through our exterior security cameras, so please make sure to accurately disclose. Undisclosed additional guests will be charged $500 per night per additional guest. Undisclosed pets or additional pets will be charged $200 per night per pet
We know things can happen during your stay, and for this reason, we are happy to offer our guests options when it comes to damage protection. The first is a non-refundable "peace-of-mind" damage deposit of $105.93 per reservation. The second is a fully refundable damage deposit starting at $2000 per reservation.

The property IS pet friendly. Please note: there is a 1-time fee of $100 per pet / per night. This fee does not include any damages your pet causes–if you do not select to pay for your pet(s) during checkout you must do so prior to checking in. There is a penalty of $200 per night per pet for not registering your pet prior to your stay.
