Modern and beautifully presented this apartment, has had a full renovation and extension. You will be the only occupants of the apartment during your stay. Whole apartment is on one level.

The spacious bathroom includes an over sized shower, washing machine and clothes dryer. The attractive kitchen also includes glass splashbacks,
induction cooking, a full sized fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and huge walk in pantry, it was part of the large extension to the apartment. .
The Master bedroom boasts a huge King sized bed with Walk in Robe. The gorgeous private courtyard, displaying outdoor setting. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 king single beds. So much room. Linen Supplied.

The apartment's spacious living/dining room is open to the front court yard, exclusive to the apartment . The lounge furniture is genuine leather. It has 55 inch smart TV . The apartment has carpet and floating wooden floors throughout.

A short stroll to the 4 star (trip adviser) restaurant Lilos, its almost next door! And an easy 15 minute walk to Main Street Mornington with literally dozens of restaurants to choose from, and beautiful shops to browse through. The golf course is only 3 km away. And loads of Pamphlets of things to do.

Just across the road is Fisherman's Beach, where you'll find a gorgeous beach with the iconic colourful Beach Huts. You can buy fish caught that morning right on the beach, from the infamous fishmonger and there's also a boat ramp a little to your left.

The apartment has been renovated and furnished with a view for a Holiday Rental, so hasn't that feeling of staying in someone's home.

Please note this is not a party house, we do not accept bookings from guests that have the intention of having a large number of visitors. No bookings for 18th, 21st Bucks/hens or schoolies parties will be accepted.
Sorry, we do not allow extra people to stay or floor mattresses to be put down.

The house is in an excellent spot, dog and swimming beach right across the road and a short drive to Main St. Deb was very accommodating and quick to respond to our need to adjust our booking. She is very warm and welcoming. The property is a great layout and was big enough for 6 of us and our two small dogs. We loved that it was pet friendly. Our only suggestion would be to let guests know what essentials they need to bring (milk, bread, butter etc) but the kitchen was well appointed and had all we needed. Thanks for a lovely weekend. Highly recommend

Perfect weekend in Mornington
This apartment is surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location within walking distance to all that Mornington has to offer. Being so close to the beach was a big plus. We were also very impressed with the well stocked kitchen in terms of equipment/utensils etc and particularly liked the little deck area leading off the master bedroom where we sat & had our breakfast each morning

Great apartment with everything you need for a weekend away!
This 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our weekend away with friends. Super neat and tidy, our host had thought of all the extras needed to make a weekend away easy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped so all you needed to bring was food and drinks, and the shower was awesome! The beach and a great café are literally around the corner and an easy 10 minute walk to the main shops made this a perfect spot to relax for a few days. Our host Deb was welcoming and very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

So deceiving!!!
So unexpected from outside. Ultra modern and spacious. Appliances, with creature comforts you would not expect from a short stay place. They thought of it all and catered to all ages. A short pleasant walk to the main strip of local cafes, bars and eateries and only a 20 minute drive along Esplanade to Sorrento giving you selection of so many beach spots to choose from. Highly recommend 😀

The apartment met all our needs very nicely. It was in a good location, with a nice walking distance from the main shopping area and very close to the beach. Deb was a great host. We have had many messages between us as we had to keep changing dates, to fit in with the restrictions. When we had trouble with the hot water system, it was attended to very promptly, so we were able to have lovely hot showers.
