House consists of 2 bedrooms and enclosed Sunroom.
Main with Queen Bed.

Iluka Blue Beach House is close to the Clarence River, Stones throw to Boat Ramp, Co-op and the Iconic Sedgers Reef Hotel. Located behind Beachhouse units off Crown St. Close to riverfront board walk, with protected swimming area and playground. Ideal for children. Easy walk to Main Beach, Supermarket, Bakery, Butcher, Chemist, Newsagency and Bottle Shop. A 2minute walk to the Clarence River Co-Op for your fresh seafood and fish and chips overlooking the fishing fleet and boat harbour.
A very short stroll to the Heritage Listed Coastal Rain Forest Walk through to Bluff Beach.
Take the family on a day trip on the Clarence Head Ferry to Yamba.

Lovely Location - Check In process failed (think this was a tech issue from Stayz - not sure)
Nice property, just as owner described. Owner is very responsive. There was one issue on arrival however owner got ontop of it and addressed it. For some reason I didn't receive my checkin info from stayz so almost had to check into a motel because couldn't get in - thankfully the owner responded quite quickly and provided access information. Otherwise, great location and comfortable.

We stayed here before and absolutely love the location, close to the water and the pub and especially the pool. Fast responses from the host Melinda. The house has everything and more that you need for a getaway. We will be back.

My wife and i have stayed here a few times now, we have enjoyed it alot. The house is clean, tidy and the pool is amazing and well maintained. Even better the sedgers is so close across the road.

Place was great. Just needed a more thorough clean glasses pans etc. some complimentary soap in bathroom. Blinds are tattered aswell. . Bulbs missing. Light shades missing.

Great place to stay. Home is dated but everything works, beds are very comfy, great water pressure, and plenty of space both inside and out. Great location, a block from the foreshore but very peaceful spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the house comes with a very nice pool, air-conditioning, lots of space, a carport and a hose to wash salt water off kayaks and beach-gear.

Ideal Holiday home in every way!
We stayed at Iluka Blue from the 26th of Dec to the 12th of January. I can honestly say this house is an ideal holiday home for a family. So close to the water that we easily carried our SUP boards down. Lounged at the waters edge til late and just walked a very short 50 m back to the house to cook dinner and watch movies on the smart TV. Comfortable beds, kids had one bathroom while mum and Dad had the other. The coffee machine was heaven for me in the morning and so was the pool(while the rest of the family was still asleep) The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool when we decided to stay in for an afternoon. Communication with the owner is very friendly, prompt and helpful. We brough our pushbikes and hardly used the car. This holiday was so relaxing, we wil definatly be back.

Great house in excellent location, Melinda was very quick to reply to all enquiries.
Only complaint was listing was not accurate. Didn't realise had to take linen until welcome email from host, also incorrect bedding advertised which has now been fixed. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.
