Nestled within a secure gated community, Capel Beach Townhouse offers a delightful retreat just steps away from the serene Capel Sound Beach. This charming two-story townhouse provides a comfortable and well-appointed space for your seaside getaway.

Upstairs, you'll discover three spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, providing a restful haven for your stay. A living room on both levels ensures ample space for relaxation and entertainment.
The master bedroom boasts a walk-in robe and an ensuite.
The main bathroom features a bath, shower and toilet. We've got you covered with the essentials - linen, towels, toiletries and pantry items are thoughtfully provided.

Downstairs is a convenient powder room , and an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach. The heart of the home, a generously sized kitchen, comes complete with a microwave, large stove and dishwasher. Adjacent a laundry is equipped with a washing machine for your convenience.

Step into the rear garden to find an inviting eating area and a sizeable gas BBQ, creating the perfect setting to unwind. It's an ideal spot to savour a glass of wine and a delicious meal, whether you've spent the day basking in the sun on the beach or exploring the wonders of the Mornington Peninsula.

Conveniently located within easy walking distance are local shops, cafes and restaurants, while the Peninsula Bay Trail offers a safe and scenic walking and biking path to Safety Beach & Sorrento.

Lovely house- Perfect location

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the property. It was a very relaxing weekend getaway. The kicthen was pretty well equipped with utensils The cupboard had condiments- oil, salt and pepper, cling wrap amd baking paper. The little outdoor area was perfect to car hthe afternoon sun, even though it was cold. We would definitely stay again.

Short and sweet

Super clean, welcoming place. Comfy rooms, plenty of storage space foe luggage. Lots of spaces for dining and relaxing. Will definitely go back. Just note, only 1 car space available, but very safe and easy to park other cars on main street outside.

Great stay

The property was great. Clean and spacious. We came across a few hiccups which were: 1. The address on the website was incorrect as well as the on the confirmation txt, so we drove around for over 15 minutes and called the property owner twice before we found the town house. 2. We were super keen on having a BBQ, however upon checking the BBQ, there was no gas bottle. 3. There was only 1 bodywash for 2 bathrooms so we kept having to share it around. Otherwise, great stay

Highly Recommend

Excellent quiet location that's easy to access and has plenty of space for all the family. Especially like the multiple living zones when you have teenagers. After a day of exploring all Mornington Peninsula has to offer, there is plenty of space for everyone just to have some time out.

We've enjoyed our stay here, great location and close to amenities and a great base to explore the area. The house has everything we need including backup pantry and toiletries items. Easy communication with Host. All in all a great stay.

Prefect Beachside Retreat

Really enjoyed our stay in Rosebud because of this great townhouse, very close to town with easy access to everything you want (groceries, liquor, dining, entertainment and the beach). Comes equipped with all the creature comforts you wish your house had (air conditioned, Netflix, outdoor shower and BBQ area). The owners even go the extra mile and leave some odds and ends like sauces, cooking seasonings, oil, laundry soaps, washing detergents and in our case eggs etc which we never usually see in a BnB! In a word this place was 'Fantastic' and will rent again.

Perfect getaway

We had a great time at Simonne's place. It was across the road to the beach. Fantastic spot, very clean. Our kids really enjoyed it too. We wish we could have stayed longer!
