Nestled within a secure gated community, Capel Beach Townhouse offers a delightful retreat just steps away from the serene Capel Sound Beach. This charming two-story townhouse provides a comfortable and well-appointed space for your seaside getaway.
Upstairs, you'll discover three spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, providing a restful haven for your stay. A living room on both levels ensures ample space for relaxation and entertainment.
The master bedroom boasts a walk-in robe and an ensuite.
The main bathroom features a bath, shower and toilet. We've got you covered with the essentials - linen, towels, toiletries and pantry items are thoughtfully provided.
Downstairs is a convenient powder room , and an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach. The heart of the home, a generously sized kitchen, comes complete with a microwave, large stove and dishwasher. Adjacent a laundry is equipped with a washing machine for your convenience.
Step into the rear garden to find an inviting eating area and a sizeable gas BBQ, creating the perfect setting to unwind. It's an ideal spot to savour a glass of wine and a delicious meal, whether you've spent the day basking in the sun on the beach or exploring the wonders of the Mornington Peninsula.
Conveniently located within easy walking distance are local shops, cafes and restaurants, while the Peninsula Bay Trail offers a safe and scenic walking and biking path to Safety Beach & Sorrento.
