Set in a leafy, quiet location, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach - this fantastic three bedroom unit is situated on the second floor where you can enjoy the lovely tropical landscaped garden vistas.
The modern unit comprises:
- massive main bedroom with king size bed
- second bedroom with queen size bed
- third bedroom with two x single beds
- ensuite to master bedroom
- separate two way bathroom
- spacious living area
- full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave
- large balcony with comfy outdoor furniture
- TV in living area
Beautifully presented, the unit is situated within an easy 10 minute walk to the beach via a bush track.
Complex facilities include a lagoon pool, lap pool, outdoor spa, tennis court, (please bring your own tennis racquets and balls), children's play area and BBQ area. Only a few minutes walk to the beach.
No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are ready made for your arrival, just unpack and enjoy!
Please supply your own personal and household items such as hair and body products, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.
Sleeps six in one x king bed, one x queen size bed and two x single beds.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
