Smoketree Racquet Club - wonderful condo

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 month stay at this property. Location is within easy walking distance to Smoketree Village, including Ralph’s supermarket and various other restaurants and cafes. Condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Beautiful pool and spa area. Common areas are well maintained with no shortage of tennis courts. I would happily stay here again.

Great complex but accommodation is lacking

The place was not as clean as expected, we had to wash most of the dishes and the floor. Some basic things were missing that we had to purchase ourselves, bbq did not have enough gas to last a month. Some bedding was missing although the owner did have it couriered and did reimburse us. The outside glass door is almost falling off. There was no spare light bulbs to replace a burnt out bulb. Furniture in the unit and on the patio is minimal and not very comfortable. On the bright side, the pool, hot tub and complex overall is great and the location is very convenient.

Great Stay

The patio was tucked away and shady which was great on the hot days. The people we met in the complex were very helpful and friendly. Super great location. The hosts were great to deal with and quick to respond. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Barking dog

Property was not clean. Floors were dirty!! We moved all the furniture and washed the whole house. Blinds in bedroom were thick with dust and when I washed them down the water was black!! So it was not just dust. Not what we wanted to do the first 2days of our vacation. The cold water in the tub run 24/7. Constant dripping, could not shut it off. The dog next door barked all day when the owner was sitting by the pool,, or went out. It YIPS all day. The area was great location,, the Pickle Ball courts were just outside our front door!! the other guests were very friendly and they included us in all activities. If it was clean and the tub didn’t drip and the annoying dog next door didn’t YIP constantly, we would have enjoyed our stay a lot more.

Needs TLC

The only positive things I can say about this rental is close to the pool and spa and it had plenty of clothes hangers. It really needs a thorough cleaning like curtains need washing badly and floor needs cleaning by possibly professional cleaners. I really disliked the 3 minute hot showers.

Amazing Palm Springs cobdo w incredible pool and hot tub

I loved this condo so much that I extended my stay from one month to almost 6 months and I still don’t want to leave! The hosts have thoughtfully built a place with everything you could possibly need, comfortable but stylish furniture, a very comfortable bed, and even two vintage bicycles. This apartment is a lovely oasis, very private, in a condo unit with an almost Olympic size heated pool and a hot tub that can fit 15 people comfortably and is a social hub for neighbors. The neighbors here are extremely friendly, the location is just steps away from a major supermarket and shopping centers, and yet it feels worlds away, quiet and private. Although I never met the hosts they were extremely friendly and very responsive — and on several occasions they went out of their way to have things shipped to me if there was ever anything missing or in need of replacement. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my stay here, I loved it and I hope to come back.
