Point Lonny Beach House
700m to beach ! Perfect for 1-2 Families, or small groups, couples or golf weekends. With contemporary Mid Century styling the house has generous living zones, fully equipped kitchen, alfresco dining / BBQ area. A versatile light filled open and airy home with flexible living zones that can be separated when desired. 2 outdoor spaces with a large front yard and a private side yard which is able to be secured for dogs.
Nb. Some but not all linen is included. (Can be hired) full details below

* 3 Bedrooms (QS x 2, Bunk, single & trundle) with robes.
* Beautiful new bathroom/laundry and ensuite.
* 2 Living and 2 Dining areas - front Dining can seat 8.
* 2 Smart TV's, (Apple TV/ Wii/ games movies)
* Wifi - ✔️
* Alfresco outdoor dining / BBQ area and generous sized 2 yards
* Air Conditioned & Fans in all bedrooms
* Outdoor shower that is great year round (hot/cold)
*Well stocked kitchen , coffee machine, microwave.
* NO Smoking; NO parties: NO schoolies,
* PETS: welcome on application-give age and breed/must read and agree to pet terms. $50/pet/stay
* Risk fee : added for bookings of groups under the age of 25. and a higher damage bond

All Doonas , doonas covers, pillows, pillow slips, face washer hand towels bath mats and tea towels are included.
GUESTS NEED TO BRING:
BYO sheets (top and bottom) and towels.
Any smokers as a courtesy to other guests please byo pillows/ pillow slips.

Linens can be included $30pp minimum 4 guests. Need 1 weeks notice ahead of stay
The house offers 2 Smart TV's, Apple TV, a Wii with games (eg. Mario Cart, Lets Dance), a selection of movies and an array of toys, puzzles and games for all to enjoy.
There is a washer and dryer if you need Laundry/bathroom with separate toilet.
A small park is located just 2 doors away.
It is a peaceful neighbourhood that is quite safe for bike riding (we may have 1-2 bikes available for you to use).
Only 700m to the beach then stroll along the beachside promenade to the boutique Point Lonsdale village. Boasting several beaches, a marine park for snorkeling, pier and lighthouse walks and rock pooling near the lighthouse at low tide there is plenty to do.
5 min walk to Emily’s Pond - a local secret found just around the corner and home to many ducks. It expands onto the local Salt Lake which is perfect for sunset walks.
Relax locally or use the house as a base to return to after outings to one of many close by destinations. These include neighbouring Ocean grove and Historic Queenscliff (with its hourly ferries to Sorrento), Barwon Heads, Torquay or Port Arlington. Local wineries and The Blues Train are also favourites.
The Bellarine has much to offer but we find the cul-de-sac Point Lonsdale to be the Jewel in the crown and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Located in Point Lonsdale, this holiday home is next to a golf course. Fort Queenscliff Museum and Queenscliff Historical Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Lonsdale Golf Club and Queenscliff Harbour. Port Phillip Heads Marine National Park and Marine and Freshwater Discovery Centre are also worth visiting. With snorkelling, surfing/body boarding and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

We are a Melbourne based family, who have longed for a beachside getaway. Having grown up in the country and spent the last 15 summers holidaying in Point Lonsdale we fell in love with the beauty of this cul-de-sac boutique village. We have two kids and wanted to offer them the experience of country life mixed with the beauty of being seaside. We are thrilled to share our home with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The cosines and homely feel with a variety of dedicated areas and knocks to sit and gather in. Not generic beach styling but thoughtful & considered. Not all beach destinations can offer beachside but what we do offer is vistas in all rooms to outside with a garden view. Flow from dining areas to adjacent outdoor spaces so you feel rested and peaceful as your eye can rest on a lovely view or greenery.
