OCEANIA BEACH HOUSE LARGE GAS FIREPLACE

Oceania is a Fabulous Beach House that has everything supplied for your Beach Getaway.
The house is located in the heart of Blairgowrie & a 10 minute walk to Local Shops & Beach.
There are 3 Generous Bedrooms with Robes that sleep 6 Guests comfortably. 2 x Queen beds & 2 Single Beds.
2 Bathrooms with 2 Showers & a bath.
The Lounge area has Brand new appliances, Flat screen TV & BluRay machine. There is also Wifi & Foxtel.
There is a gas log fire plus ducted heating, & ceiling fans
The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast for your Summer Holiday.
At the front of the house, there is a Huge Entertaining Deck with Dining Table & Chairs.
The back yard has a BBQ & is fully fenced for your children to play.
There is also a double lockup garage .
Pets will be considered upon Application.

BLAIRGOWRIE

Blairgowrie is a peaceful and naturally protected seaside village nestled between Rye And Sorrento at the southern end of the Mornington Peninsula.
Blairgowrie bayside beach is safe, calm and perfect for paddling, where as Blairgowrie back beach is wild and wicked and suitable for only for surfing and strong swimmers.

Take a stroll through the village shops in the morning, where you will find some tantalizing cafes and restaurants, a great gallery, gift shops and more.
In the afternoon, go for a sail on Port Phillip Bay on an awesome luxury yacht.

Get back to nature with a leisurely walk along the back beach or follow the the loop track at Bridgewater Bay for some sensational views.

Blairgowrie is a wonderful place to getaway from the hustle of city life and relax and rejuvinate for a few days or longer.

What a fabulous time we had at Oceania Beach House, a home away from home with everything you could want to enjoy time with family and friends. Would highly recommend this property, Simone was lovely and accomodating for all of our needs and would definately stay again. Blissfully Peaceful
This home was exceptional. The layout was perfect for us. A very well appointed kitchen, dining and living area with a wonderful outlook from the living area over the front elevatyed deck. We had options to sit on the front deck or the back deck looking out to a beautiful native garden. Our stay was absolutely blissful and would definitely recommend this home.

We were so impressed with the lightness, airiness and cleanliness of this house. We enjoyed having many little places to sit and relax. Comfortable beds and couches, lovely big shower heads and being able to bring our dog along was the icing on the cake. Thank you.

We had awesome stay at Oceania beach house. The house really did feel like home away from home. The house is extremely clean and welcoming, very spacious with beautiful garden and outdoor spaces. It was perfect for our group of 5. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Getaway
A gorgeous home away from home, peaceful setting, a short walk from Blairgowrie Village. Lots of extra thought to make visitors feel welcomed, from a very friendly kind host. The house itself felt so spacious, with amazing outdoor spaces that let you make the most of the house and setting regardless of the weather. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful place to unwind
The care taken in furnishing and supplying this property is evident from the moment you park in the driveway. We were an extended family relaxing after a busy weekend - it did the trick - we wish we could have stayed longer. Well equipped, beautiful garden and deck comfortable beds and living areas. Could not have wished for more.
