The Space:
We are proud to offer this 163sqm apartment sitting in the heart of Auckland City.
Upon entering this apartment you will be captivated by the generous living area and minimalist style. The apartment features three balconies, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one being an ensuite) and an optional carpark.
Experience all that the city has to offer by strolling to Auckland's signature Viaduct Harbour, Ponsonby, Queen Street and the Britomart Precinct. Indulge in the renowned bars, restaurants, and cafes that contribute to Auckland's bustling culture.
The apartment is fully furnished eqquiped with towels, kitchenware and quality linen. With a secure welcoming entrance-way and elevator, our guests can feel safe and comfortable during their stay.
Guest Access:
In addition to WiFi, you will have access to a carpark. Guests will be given a swipe card to the building and key to the apartment. Please look after the key! as there is a charge if these are lost.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located right in the centre of Auckland CBD, so everything you could need is only a short walk away! Please see our Guide App that you will receive after you book for detailed information about what there is to see and do in Auckland city.
Getting Around:
There is a SkyBus that goes from the airport directly into the city centre. The nearest stop to the apartment is 'The Hub' on Queen Street, and is located about 5 minutes walk away. This is the cheapest option at $17 per person.
You can also catch a taxi or Uber from the airport directly to the apartment.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
KEY PICKUP
Key Pick-Up: The key pickup location is from a convenience store located at 7 Union St, Auckland CBD, 1010. This is a different location from the apartment building. This is a 14 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the apartment. They are open for collection at any time between until 2am. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this apartment
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 6 x tea/coffee, 4 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.
Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
