Mornington Peninsula FREE WiFi 2 Bedroom Beachside House, Rosebud

Once you arrive at this centrally located holiday house you can park the car in the garage and walk to everything. The stunning family friendly beach is just across the road, the shopping strip of Rosebud is only three blocks away and the supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, eateries, local hotel, fast food outlets, mini golf and cinemas are all within easy walking distance.
If you feel like venturing off, it is a short drive to the back surf beaches of Sorrento and Portsea. A great place to base yourself if you are visiting the many wineries that the Mornington Peninsula boasts as well as the abundance of golf courses nearby. If you are on holidays to pamper yourself then the many day spas and the famous Peninsula Hot-springs are a short drive away.

This fully furnished 2 bedroom house has been refurbished and tastefully decorated. It offers complimentary Wifi throughout the property.

Bedroom 1
Contains a queen size bed with pillows, doona and quality linen. Bed side tables hold night lamps and each bedroom has double built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2
Hosts two extra long king single beds with pillows, donnas and quality bed linen.

All linen is supplied and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels)
High Chair and port-a-cot are available. (please supply own bedding for port-a cot)

Reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning ensure that you are comfortable during your stay and the lounge room and bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

The fully enclosed and private back yard features an alfresco area. An outdoor setting allows you to enjoy alfresco dining on the deck. You can just sit back and soak up the sun with a drink of choice in hand or cook your favourite fresh local seafood on the BBQ. A large umbrella will keep you shaded should you require.

The property is close to boat ramps and fishing charters, kite surfing, and summer foreshore carnivals. Visit the nearby wineries, the Enchanted Maze, Strawberry or Cherry farms, walk the trails of the national parks, cycle the 'Bay Trail' really is something for everyone, come and enjoy the Mornington Peninsula.

Wonderful cute clean unit

Very clean, warm and restful accommodation. The yard was was great for my dog and a sit in the sun. Close to beach and shops. Really enjoyed being there. Hard to leave.

Home away from Home.

This is our 3rd Stay at this home away from home. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops. Everything you need in this home and even your fur babies will love it. You will not regret your stay at this property even if it's just for a few nights. We will be back again.

Perfect Stay in Rosebud

Loved everything about the property. Great location within walking distance to everything. Clean, well equipped, quality linen and furnishings and the bed is so comfortable. Carolyn left a basket of goodies for us and treats for George (he was very excited). Great communication from Carolyn before, during and after the stay. Can't recommend highly enough. We will be back

Everything you need and more.

Lovely, spotless and comfortable for the three of us with absolutely everything you would need for a beach holiday. Close to beach and shops. Even the knives were sharp!!

Fantastic beach stay

Location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. House had everything we needed and very clean & tidy. Great little backyard- perfect for a bbq. Carolyn, the host was amazing. Great communication and made us feel very welcome. She even decorated the house for Christmas and provided treats for the dogs (and the humans)! Would definitely stay again.

Holiday by the water

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our mini break away. The house had everything we needed and my 8 year old thought they were the comfiest beds he had ever slept on. Plenty of kitchen supplies, dvds and board games. Really close to mini golf, the water and adventure playground.

Perfect family getaway

Carolyn was an exceptional hostess. Communication was easy and responsive. The HOME is perfect for a small family. With lots of comforts. Comfortable living space. Great backyard to relax in and only a short walk to a pristine child friendly beech. A well stocked welcome hamper so that we didn’t have to rush off to the super market the night we arrived was a relief. Convenient to shops and eateries and only short drive to attractions like Arthur’s seat. Will definitely be returning.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We loved staying at Carolyn's place in Rosebud. She was very accommodating with our Golden Retriever staying with us and the location is excellent. It's just a few hundred meters to the beach and the main strip of shops/restaurants cafes is an easy stroll. Check is was easy and the place was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and there was even some snacks waiting on arrival. We would definitely recommend!

Beachside house at Rosebud - perfect!

Great property, great location and awesome communication from Carolyn. We even had a basket of goodies to enjoy during our stay. The house has everything you need and is clean, spacious and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for any more and the price was reasonable as well. We would definitely stay here again...!!!

Fantastic Property

My husband, 2 year old son and I stayed at this property recently for a week over new years. The house is extremely clean, well presented and was supplied with a cot, high chair, toys and dvds for my son (was nice not to have to pack all these things). Carolyn our host was very generous and even supplied fresh bread, milk etc. which was a nice touch and meant we didn't need to go to the shops as soon as we arrived and we could start relaxing and enjoying our holiday the moment we got there. I think one of the things I liked the most about the house is the location, as you are so close to the beach and shops that you can walk everywhere. I highly recommended staying at this property.

Great place to stay

Carolyn was a wonderful hostess who truelly made us feel welcomed at 4Shore, extending her hospitality even before we arrived at the accommodation. The place itself was clean and very well presented, feeling cosy and comfortable throughout the house. With the beach and shops being so close it was easy to get around on foot or drive around exploring the surroundings. We would happily come here again. Thanks Carolyn!

Fabulous accomadation

A lovely short stay, amazing accommodation with everything we could need plus more in a quiet street and greeted with a welcome hamper on arrival. For a small family or couple highly recommend this one if heading to the peninsula, or just a quiet weekender. Thanks Carolyn, it was awesome.

It has everything !

From the initial booking process to the last day of our stay, Carolyn's attentive service has been excellent. This property is 2 houses from Rosebud beach and 20 minutes from many other attractions on the morinington peninsula. My family of 5 were well catered for. Great decking area with BBQ out the back, free wifi and a selection of kids toys, games and DVDs. Very happy with the accomodation and we will certainly be back next time.

A great property

Our family of four (kids 7 and 5) greatly enjoyed our long weekend at 4shore. It's in a terrific location within easy walking distance to the beach and shops. The house was freshly renovated and immaculately presented, with a number of very thoughtful touches from our Host - thanks Carolyn!
