The Leichhardt Library and other businesses, surrounded by small shops and boutiques on the level above, are all overlooked by residential apartments. Nearby Norton Plaza is a shopping centre anchored by a supermarket and surrounded by eateries and specialty shops, that's not to mention the magnificent choice of dining and entertainment available along the famous Norton St.

The Host Perry was extremely helpful and responsive. The unit is very well equipped and had everything we needed, the location is great with parking and easy access to public transport into the city. We would definitely recommend the unit and would stay again. Regards Darren

Sydney Mini Break

We arrived to the apartment where we found it lovely and clean with supplies of fresh bread, milk and a fruit basket, as well as a block of chocolate. What a lovely surprise. The location was fantastic, buses right there, shops, cafes, everything you need to make your break away easy and hassle free. Check in and out was easy, thank you.

Great spot in little Italy

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, finding a generous welcome of food and drink and a location that let us drive or catch public transport all over Sydney. Great local food options and a short walk from the supermarket when eating out becomes a bit much. Will definitely be back the next time we're in town.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was v neat and clean, with enough space for 4 or 6 people to spread out. Parking was included with lift access. A lovely fruit plate was much appreciated and the kitchen was well equipped.

This is the best homestay I've ever had

Honestly, I can't fault this stay. Nevis and Perry communicated brilliantly, gave us a wonderful tour of the home on our arrival, and were happy to help with anything during our stay. The house itself is huge, with a full kitchen, big bedrooms and comfy beds. The balcony is great for chilling and everything you could need is inside. Location is excellent, great eating spots near by and just down the road from a supermarket. Great location. I can't fault this place or our hosts. I've stayed in a lot of homestay type accomodation, and this has exceeded all of them. The bang for buck is incredible. If this joint is available, book it!

Family holiday in Sydney

3 adults and 3 children 5 and under. Property was well suited to our family needs for the week we were in Sydney. Easy to get public transport around or bike track to city is just there too. The area had everything but surrounds to apartment were quiet (except for our noisy kids). Owners were fabulous and very understanding of our needs eg we arrived early from cruise and they let us leave our luggage before check-in and allowed us to do the same gratefully on our departure as we had a late flight and long wait at airport with 3 kids. Even supplied a few food supplies for us on our arrival which was lovely and appreciated. Fully recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and we appreciated the kitchen essentials that were in the apartment. Perry is a great host. We took the bus every day into circular quay which was so efficient. We drove to Sydney so the available parking with the apt was very handy too. Thanks for a great stay!

Your Home Away from Home!

Every small detail was thought of in this property. From the moment we walked in to a fresh fruit platter 🍇🥝🍎🍏, complete with a bottle of bubbly 🍾 to the fresh bread on the bench to the shampoo and body wash in the showers there wasn't a single thing we needed to pop out for! The rooms were spotless and the location extremely convenient to shops and transport. Each room was equipped with a TV and plenty of blankets and sheets. We loved the fact that the rooms were below the lounge room so the kids could go to bed and the adults could enjoy the large screen TV while sipping the wine 🥂. The owners were attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The only negative we found was that the property was directly below the flight path however the curfew made for a quiet night's sleep. Overall we can't wait to come back in the future!

Fun retreat at Forum Leichardt.

A very spacious apartment with a large balcony and living room and well equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms are down stairs which was great for us but elderly or impaired would find the stairs a challenge. Hosts were super friendly and added extras like fruit & chocolate made the stay lovely.

Perfect holiday location.

We were on a family holiday. The apartment is perfect for 6 people. Fully furnished 3 bedrooms, laundry and a stocked kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the ceiling fans certainly helped cool the rooms down. The upstairs living area had air con and the outside entertaining area was comfortable. Correspondence with the owner was very good. Close to the city with a bus outside the door. So many restaurants to pick from in Norton Street. Would certainly stay here again and will recommend to my friends.

Great unit - exceptional location!

Perry was very welcoming on our arrival at his lovely unit in the heart of cosmopolitan Norton Street, Leichhardt. The unit's location, close to a supermarket and also to the wonderful Harris Farms fruit, vegetable & deli goods, as well as proximity to many restaurants & specialty shops, could not be bettered. It's also a short walk to the Palace Cinemas one end of Norton street and an attractive park the other end. Our unit was very suitable, very quiet and had pretty views as it is on the fourth level. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and generously stocked with fruit, bread & milk, coffee, tea and plenty of condiments. The bathrooms were generously stocked with good quality shampoo, conditioner, soaps. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own TV and there is a large TV in the living room as well. For tired travellers it was bliss. Thank you Perry & Nives.

The Italian Forum is a small taste of Italy in the middle of Inner Western Sydney. Close to restaurants and other attractions Leichhardt is an ideal location for accessing all that Sydney has to offer. The apartment is 3 bedrooms with a comfortable living space spread over 2 floors at the top of the 4 story complex. Palazzo Palermo is to the side and rear of the central Piazza and is away from street noise yet right in the middle of all the action. There is a full kitchen and plenty of room to relax after seeing the sights or after a lovely meal on the famous Norton St restaurant strip.

What makes this property unique

Big cities are sometime overpowering with hustle and bustle. The Italian Forum is akin to an Italian village but within 4kms of Sydney central. The building has a Piazza that is surrounded by apartments that gives the occupants a feeling of Italy in a big city.
Its a very cool place to visit.
