The backyard paradise has room to enjoy the private sports court, putting green, children’s playground or relax on the daybed or designer loungers by the heated pool & spa (pool fence available). We supply Frontgate rafts & pool loungers, kid’s vests, toys, pool towels and more! Our outdoor space is also home to an outdoor dining area, family games, and a fire table with lounge chairs, a perfect area for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Our well-appointed home gives you ample space to enjoy, including 2 living room areas and a chef’s style kitchen with high end appliances, perfect for entertaining! Don’t feel like cooking? We can help coordinate on site chef’s dinners and catering, just ask!
The 5 bedrooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed with tranquility in mind. Our professional cleaners utilize a "complete-clean" method where every piece of linen (including duvets) are professionally laundered and sanitized between stays. Our bed layouts are as follows:

**POOL HEATING
For an enjoyable swimming experience, we recommend heating the pool from mid October through May. Without heating, the pool may remain just above cooler nighttime temperatures. Pool heating can be arranged for $75 per day for the duration of your stay. Please note that we cannot accommodate partial heating for specific days. Kindly let us know before your arrival if you'd like to ensure comfortable swimming conditions throughout your visit.

HOUSE RULES:
• We enjoy a smoke-free environment, please no smoking in the home or on the property
• All adults will be asked to sign a Liability Waiver prior to check in
• Do NOT remove pool cleaner/pump from pool, this could cause the pump to burn up or damage other pool equipment you could be liable for
• No events/parties
• Please no extra house guests staying the night, all guests must be named at time of reservation. Having undisclosed guests would be in violation with our house rules and you could be asked to leave without refund
• No illegal activities on the property
• Pool & yard crews will be on the property on Fridays. They will remain outside, and this is considered mandatory maintenance
• Indoor & outdoor pest maintenance occurs monthly; we try to schedule while guests are not at the home but sometimes it is out of our control and is considered mandatory upkeep
• No climbing on the pool waterfall
• Pool floats, children's toys, and sports equipment need to be returned to their proper place, not doing so will result in additional cleaning fees.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
***Guests will be met upon arrival and given an overview of the house. Guests may reach us via phone, text, or email if you have questions throughout your stay.
***Our home can comfortably sleep 10 adults, anything over 10 guests would have to include small children who will sleep comfortably on a full-size rollaway bed or crib.
***Pool fencing is required for guests under the age the of 5, but most families feel more comfortable with this option with children of all ages, as do we.

***There are 3 security cameras on the property. One facing the drive at the front of the house, one near the garage doors facing the drive and 1 doorbell camera at the front door. This is for the safety of our guests and property.
***In accordance to Paradise Valley STR compliance we list the following information:
The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Paradise Valley Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.
You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Paradise Valley Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.
