Located on the edge of Torquay on the Great Ocean Road in a tranquil rural setting.
Bells Estate is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the facilities on this 10 acre site and to explore the many attractions that the Great Ocean Road and Surf Coast have to offer.
This villa features a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue patio offering scenic views.
It has standard bedding for 4 persons. A queen size bed in the main bedroom and 2 singles in the second bedroom - can sleep up to 5 with rollaway bed.
A wood fire and reverse cycle heating and cooling, digital TV, DVD, toiletries, towels & lined supplied, ironing facilities, laundry and many other facilities to ensure you have a most enjoyable stay.
A separate building houses an indoor heated pool, (seasonal)games room and gym equipment nearby to the children's playground.
The Villa land is fully fenced and is suitable for your favourite pet dog. This is the only cottage that is pet friendly
