Great little apartment

This was a great option for my adult children's visit. No problems at all and it was nice and quiet & perfect for the 2 of them. The host was very easy to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone. Ten stars! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Clean Tucson Condo

I stayed at this property while dropping my daughter off at the University of Arizona. The condo was very clean and in a quiet location. Parking was right outside. Walking distance to Starbucks. I will definitely stay here again. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

convenient to downtown and university

exactly as shown in description and photos. Immediate access to downtown with bus service. a few minutes walk to good breakfast places and one of Tucson’s best Mexican restaurants (Casa Molina). A perfect fit for me.

Very nice, ground floor condo. Perfect for our week long stay. Clean and comfortable. Easy access, close to entrance gate. Would definitely stay again.

Nice cozy condo, great communication with owner

I have stayed in other condos in this complex and I love the area. Lots of nearby (walking distance) stores and restaurants. Gated entry - feels safe. This one-bedroom unit is really great for a couple or small family by using the hide-a-beds, but it was mostly just me with family day-visiting so I did not use the pullout. The queen bed was VERY comfortable. I noticed when I removed the sheets that it seemed to have a memory foam topper and was encased in a protective cover. Nice kitchen stocked with basic cookware and tableware. Dishwasher is a plus. Owner provided a good supply of trashbags, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Nice towels and linens. I had the opportunity to message and text with the owner and she was very responsive and provided accurate info which was critical since the VRBO auto msg gave me the wrong entry code. I was very happy with my 9 days at this home away from home. I look forward to returning.

Nice 12 day stay.

Property in a good location. Gated community. Quiet. Pool was great! Kitchen was well appointed. Bed very comfy! Good water pressure in shower and water heats quickly. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Great place and location!

The condo is well stocked. The bed is very comfortable. Having a dishwasher is a plus. Location is within walking distance to Starbucks and other restaurants and stores. Overall, very enjoyable stay.
