We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Henty Lodge. The surrounding farmland and Ferguson valley was absolutely stunning. The lodge was clean with a dazzling array of bathroom hygiene and breakfast options available. Our only complaint was a cheeky kangaroo blocking the driveway at night. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We have late checkin and Michelle was very thoughtful and stayed late to guide us in. The place was spot clean and very very comfy! Our family totally enjoyed the stay, the kids was very engaging when John show us how to feed the animals and the backyard was awesome and big for kids soccer game. Thk you John and Michelle for having us. We definitely will recommend others!

Peaceful couples weekend
Relaxed and rejuvenated. Lovely to hear the birds and frogs. Went on a hike from nearby Honeymoon Pool. Ate at Evedon Restaurant and enjoyed pizzas and a few drinks. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Homemade fudge and BiccyS were nice on arrival. Comfortable and clean accommodation . We would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable
We had a really brief stay, checking in Saturday afternoon and heading straight out for a wedding, then up and out early on Sunday morning. The room was spacious, the bed comfy, the bathroom very large, and everything immaculately clean. We didn't eat provided breakfast which looked good, simple fruit, yoghurt, juice, etc. Overall a comfortable stay.

Perfect Easter Getaway
We had a wonderful time staying at the Swallow Valley B & B! The location was central to all the wineries and restaurants and situated in the most picturesque surrounds. The house was extremely tidy and the property well kept. The food provided was also delicious...especially the fruit and fudge! Gluten and diary free dietary requirements were also catered for which was appreciated :)

Peace & quiet
Stayed one night at Swallow Valley. Comfy bed, very peaceful rural setting, immaculately clean. Michelle & John are excellent hosts. Michelle's home made fudge & John's port are worth the visit alone. We'll be back. Steve & Lucy, Perth

Lovely getaway!
We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The location is so picturesque and full of amazing wildlife. We spent our days exploring their property, looking for sheep in the paddock, venturing into the woods and having cups of tea in the garden listening to the birds. Michelle and John were lovely and welcoming hosts. We enjoyed Michelle's home made jams (the apricot jam is amazing!), cookies and fudge. Our room was clean and spacious - really couldn't ask for more! We will definitely return in the winter.

Lovely, comfortable and relaxing.
We absolutely loved our stay at Swallow Valley B & B. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view too. Michelle and John were great hosts. They had lit the fire for us by the time we got up each morning, and were helpful in providing ideas of what to do in the area. We were provided with a fresh fruit platter, home baked bikkies, a range of cereals, fresh bread and croissants, coffee and any type of tea we could think of... Not to mention the port and fudge! It was great to be able to walk around the bush and lake on the property, and the well kept lawn made for an awesome picnic spot. Swallow Valley B & B was the perfect spot to spend our long weekend - would highly recommend!

Super relaxing!
I went down to Swallow Valley with my husband for a long weekend escape before we expect our first baby, and we have a really relaxing time and loved the tranquil setting and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle! The bed was super comfy, the fire place as toasty, and the brekky provided each morning was so delicious and awesome to have sitting out on the deck! Also loved the fudge and the cookies that kept getting restocked;P thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic stay, highly recommended
Could not rave more about this gorgeous place. John and Michelle were incredibly warm, welcoming and hospitable with John keeping the wood fire going for us and delivering a fruit platter for dessert. The gorgeous array of goodies for breakfast was very welcome with the addition of cookies and teas and fudge to enjoy. The quiet surrounds were relaxing as it’s off the main road but so close to the Valley’s attractions. A hidden gem - much like Ferguson itself. There was a shared lounge/dining space but my mother and I were the only ones there that night. Room was clean, fresh and the bed was divine. Super big towels were a great surprise, so often they are cheap and small. Thanks, we’ll be back!

Lovely and peaceful stay
My husband and I came to stay in March. The property is in a hilly picturesque area just fifteen minutes from Bunbury but you would think you were in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful grounds which will be even more beautiful in winter when the fields turn green. The accommodation was clean, modern and airy making the most of the nice views over the bush and manicured gardens. Our room had a private entrance and ensuite with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash (bring toothpaste)! When we first arrived we were offered a glass of port and fresh cookies. Michelle and John provided a lovely (and large) continental breakfast of croissants, fresh loaf of bread, cereals, jam, butter, local milk (delicious) and juice. Overall it was a great weekend retreat only 2 hours from home but filled with relaxation and peace and quiet.
