This charming newly remodeled 1bed is 1 Block from the beautiful beach bike path and only 3blocks from free yoga on the beautiful bluffs. It is a 10min walk to the boisterous fun of downtown pine street, 20 min walk to Belmont shore’s 2nd st., close to many restaurants on both Broadway and the vintage quarter of 4th street.
If it is transportation you are interested in, it is perfectly in the center of multiple freeways 710, 22, & 405. Public transport and scooters are available all around the area.
There is only street parking available none that is included with the home. Extra storage is also available in a shared space below the condo.
My goal is to make you feel at home, you are free to utilize everything in the house including the following:
-On Site Laundry (Free)
-Dishwasher
The home is set up to be cozy yet have the ability to entertain, enjoy cooking on the open kitchen or relaxing on the sofa.
The condo maintains an open concept throughout is 485 sq ft.

My Name is Kelsey, I am in my late 30's with a love for adventures and fun. I spend most of my time listening to live music, museums, going to the dog beach, hiking ,etc. I currently work in environmental engineering out of the Port of LA.
Why they chose this property
After I purchased this property, I remodeled the entire space, removing a wall for an open floor plan from the kitchen to living space, completely remodeling the kitchen, everything is new, from the quartz counters to the cabinets and refrigerator, adding brick back-lay in the bedroom for a New York loft feeling. The place is perfectly cozy with all the amenities you could need for your stay.
