Spotless & Convenient Gem

This little gem is Perfect! Right across from the beach, with everything you need fully furnished “spotless” unit. Towels & chairs for the beach & a washer/dryer for your convenience as well! Plenty of parking ( we even had a space for our rental golf cart ) Close to downtown shops & entertainment. Communication with the owners was easy & helpful. Very quiet area as well. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking this cute little Gem ❤️

Well rounded accommodations!

Affordable, clean, close proximity to restaurants with beautiful beach access literally across the street. Host was very easy to reach and accommodating. My family with young children thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Would absolutely stay here again, thank you for everything!

Cute!

From the outside my husband was worried. Once we entered we didn't hear much of the outside traffic. It is a beautiful place in a great location! Would definitely stay again! The free trolley is just outside the door, beach across the street and not hard to get in and out!

What a beautiful space!

Property was just as advertised with the only change being on bed was upgraded to a King. Decor was lovely. Kitchen well stocked. Location is excellent. Communication with Alan was timely and helpful. Only downside for us was 1 bathroom vs 2 but we knew that when we rented. With 4 adults it was more of an issue than we realized. Nonetheless will definitely consider renting again.

Nice place!

We spent four days at on Anna Maria Island. The rental was clean and conveniently located for exploring. The unit now has a Keurig which is great - I don't think it's listed under Amenities. Rush hour traffic is heavy, but it is all over the island. We had a nice stay, despite some windy weather.

Nice unit

The unit was well equipped, up to date and clean. The hosts were very accommodating, even buying me a coffee maker when I told them I preferred to brew my own brand. The picture of a unit on the internet is not mine but the furnishings were very nice. Just across the street was the beach, so it was very convenient and the County provided a paved walk where I continued my walking routine.

Beach bums

This was the perfect spot for us. You don't need to drive and are literally just across a two lane road from the beach. You can walk to the bars and restaurants each evening. There is a beautiful walking path along the beach right in front of the unit. The trolley stops directly in front. It is perfect for us. It is beautiful with granite and all Samsung appliances.
