Enjoy the best that the "Snowy Mountains" has to offer with superb year round trout fishing on Lake Eucumbene. Tackle a trout on your own, or enjoy a fishing charter with Lake Eucumbene Fishing Charters (refer to web page for more info). Or fish the surrounding rivers and streams in the open season. Aanglers Mark also offers a great winter escape with skiing at Selwyn Snowfields which is an easy 35-40 minute drive (depending on road conditions). Aanglers Mark will provide you with warm, comfortable accommodation for your stay with 2 master bedrooms each containing a queen size bed, and 2 bedrooms each containing 2 single beds all with electric blankets, doonas and pillows.
The house features an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with spectacular views over Lake Eucumbene and a large outdoor area over looking the lake with a gas BBQ and firepit. The lounge area has TV/DVD, and stereo or you can just relax in the comfy lounge by the cosy wood fire.
All you need to bring is your sheets, pillowslips and towels.

Xmas catch up

Third time staying here and love it every time. The view is exceptional and the house is very well laid out. The pool table gets lots of use from our young adults. Lookong forward to the next stay already

Always a great experience staying at Anglers Mark. Great location and excellent holiday rental. Given the daily rate, wifi would be a valuable inclusion and some decent red wine glasses would also be a bonus. Otherwise, very well appointed, very clean and comfortable.

Excellent Location at Anglers Reach

Perfect Location in Anglers Reach with wonderful views and plenty of local wildlife close by. Host even had a fire warming up the house when we arrived . Hard to fault any aspect of our stay.

Great Stay, Beautiful Views

Great stay. Lots of room for the family. Beautiful views of the lake. Everyone loved the pool table. Very family friendly, although had to make sure the youngest was ok using the stairs in the house. Reception is very spotty but that's not a big issue and nothing to do with the accommodation. The only issue we had was that the fire didn't seem to project much heat? Other than that we had a really great stay and were very happy with it. Could have stayed longer and would love to come back some time in the future.

Perfect getaway from city wilderness

Thank you for the stay. This place was immaculate and as promised, had everything you need to stay if you have all your food sorted. The general stores are near with excellent breakfast and lunch options. Perfect place to have a quiet me time.

The Lake Eucumbene fishing base.

This home can accommodate 8 sleeping so the two of us used bedrooms and bathrooms quite far apart from each other. What luxury. The view is excellent. The Kangaroos and rabbits very friendly. The fish were not so accommodating on this trip but then ... the fish are always a bonus in this wonderful Australian setting.

Very nice place

Very nice place, clean and tidy and close enough to the ski fields. If you travelling from the north (which I was) be aware that there is a 40min stretch of dirt road, unless you drive down to Cooma and then back up. For me, in my vehicle, it travelled both routes and I would recommend going to Cooma first then driving to anglers reach from there, it was faster for me. There were some sections on the dirt road that were very rough so I avoided it on the way back. The fireplace is the main source of heating and while it does an awesome job if your sitting close enough it struggles to heat the entire house, even with the cieling fan running on low. Having said that, it's obviously a lot warmer inside than it is outside, it's just not to the point where you can walk bare feet around the place. Maybe I'm a softy though :)

Great house

We were very impressed with the house overall!!! The layout is perfect, view spectacular, fireplace amazing and cosy. Even enjoyed a few games of pool, we all enjoyed our stay so much that we will be booking our next snow holiday here again sometime!!! We highly recommend this house!!!

4 days of total bliss

This is the second time we chosen this accommodation. It is spacious, beautifully furnished, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, if this is what you decide to do. The house has beautiful view on Lake Eucumbene, we did walk around and took pictures of kangaroos. Given the great snow season this year, the children were able to ski and snowboarding right behind the house. The pool table is a great entertaining feature. We are in love with this house and will come back again next year.!!

Perfect for families

This was a great property for 2 families, with 2 separate wings. Fantastic view of the lake, great kitchen and indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Great for a snow trip!
