The property is just 1km from the Halls Gap Zoo, and closer still to the New WAMA build - The National Centre for Environmental Art Centre due to open soon, it is also just over 5kms from Halls Gap Village.
If travelling in on the Ararat Tourist Road, the property is on the same side as the Pomonal General Store just continue on a few kms further on the same Ararat - Halls Gap Road or you can put Eagle Wings Rise into your GPS to take you to the property. In the other direction it is only 1km from Halls Gap Zoo and 1.5km from Halls Gap Estate Winery (both opposite side) You will see a Vic Roads sign at the entry with the property name.
In Halls Gap, you may choose to take one of many excellent trails in the Grampians National Park, visit some of the lovely cafes in the village, the brewery, wineries, gallery, restaurants and more. Coolas Ice Creamery is a favourite stop or drop in to take in a little culture at Brambuk Cultural Centre which is a little further on Grampians Road, you'll find it on the way to the must see, magnificent, Lake Bellfield.
If it's adventure you are after, pop in to Absolute Outdoors at the Post Office for your adventure needs, you'll find it next to the Newsagency/Cafe.
Interested in Golf? There's a practice hole on the property, a 9 hole scenic golf course at Mt Difficult, which is off Mt Zero Road, (turn off at Delleys Bridge) for those who fancy a round. There's even the popular Adventure Golf, MOCO Gallery / Cafe on Grampians Road just before the magnificent Lake Bellfield.
The friendly Visitor information centre staff in the centre of the village will also happily guide you to all the hiking trails, walks, activities, eateries you may enjoy during your stay. With so much to see and do in Halls Gap you will not be disappointed.
On the property you will see wildlife, also see and hear many bird species. On the grounds towards the back and side of the property there is a bushy “Trust for Nature” corridor plus a large dam which the many wildlife* utilise. We ask you to respect the property and be respectful of neighbours. There is a managers cottage further back on the property with fencing and trees in between the two with your accommodation being separate and self cater.
Your accommodation can sleep up to 8 adults in king beds which can be configured to twin if needed, plus up to 5 children in twin and bunk beds, in total up to 13 are accepted in 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are laundry facilities and good cooking facilities including indoor and outdoor alfresco. With all the space in the living areas, your time with friends and chatty conversation will be a breeze. Halls Gap also has many dining options to explore if you so desire.

There is covered verandah, large deck and the outdoor alfresco space to help you relax, have fun, (outdoor games found in the games shed), and to just enjoy your time on the property. There is a large Spring-free trampoline to keep the kiddies happy. There are two fire pits for those still nights when skies are bright and weather conditions permit. Indoor games can be found under the window seat, books, nbn wifi is free.
