Relaxing Modern Beach Townhouse
A new, fresh and modern beach townhouse centrally located in popular Old Ocean Grove. Includes WI-FI Internet and popular for families and small groups upto 6 people. Only a couple minutes walk to main shops, cafes and restaurants and an easy walk to the main patrolled beach. Near playground at OG Park. Walk in and relax...
All the comforts you would expect of a holiday getaway are provided for you. And being a new property this is a modern, clean and bright space with a fantastic afternoon breeze flowing through the home. All linen and bath towels are provided and the beds are made upon your arrival, so just step in and start your holiday.
High feature ceilings to the modern open plan living area with large flat screen TV and Blue Ray player with USB. Double sliding doors open to the private outdoor entertaining area with modern timber deck and landscaped lawn. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and full ensuite, second bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. All bedrooms have robes with walk in robe to master bedroom.
The main bathroom features a luxury free-standing bath tub and frameless glass shower. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. Separate laundry with washing machine and outdoor hanging line.

All spaces are accessible except for the garage and shed. There is a single carport right next to the front door for off-street parking and ample kerb-side parking.
We are available to help you remotely during your stay via SMS or mobile.
All linen and towels included in fee except beach towels. Includes doonahs and covers, bed sheets, pillows and cases, bath mats and bath, hand and face towels. (must BYO beach towels). BYO toiletries (hand soap provided).
Minimum 2 night stay (with exceptions).
