Dwyer St - Great Family Beach House!
Entertain and relax on the rear timber deck or stroll down to the village to enjoy the vibrant Sunshine Beach hub with fabulous restaurants and cafes.
This spacious beach house makes you feel right at home with its high ceilings and fantastic design you're sure to enjoy all it has on offer. The modern kitchen is the heart of the home and there are beautiful timber floors and great open plan living areas. The mezzanine style upper floor allows lots of natural light throughout and here you will find 3 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning) and the main bathroom. The large air conditioned master bedroom has a luxurious en suite with spa bath and is tucked away on the lower level of the house. A study on this level offers additional room if required.
Air conditioning in the living area. Air-conditioned master bedroom, as well as bedrooms 3 and 4. The second bedroom receives cooling from bedroom 3 when the shared door is left open. All bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy manner. Beach/Pool towels available for hire $5 per towel - please advise at time of booking.
Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.
A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.
