Vacation house

It was a very good value, a good neighborhood and good communication from the property manager. Some of the furniture was worn and we could not use the garage as it had been turned into a game room but, overall, we would stay there again.

home away from home

very clean, everything labeled, instructions clear, easy access to stores(walmart, Publix) and major highways. enjoyed the enclosed pool area( a little too cool for a dip), but great setup. overall the home was warm and inviting. we felt very comfortable and relaxed soon as we settled in. would recommend this location for a couple or large family.

Clean and roomy but needs updating

This house was very clean and property manager was very quick to take care of problems. Pool area was nice/clean. Beds are subpar at best. Bedroom furniture was very worn. Front door doesn’t close or open well but lock worked fine. Game room in garage is an old foosball table and dart board propped against wall. Wasn’t there for games so not an issue for us but different than pictured. Very good location to get to Walmart/Dunkin’ and all restaurants by car. Gated community but not fancy. Only real issue was the master bed (didn’t try others) was very uncomfortable.

Vacation in Kissimmee

7 of us stayed in this beautiful house, was a slight problem with the heat in the hot tub, our hosts fixed it remotely and within minutes. I couldn't ask for a better time with my Son and his family.

Such a peaceful place to stay! My family loved the location of how close it was to everything! The property manager was so tentative and eager to accommodate anything we needed! We will be using them for future stays all the time now!

Great / Responsive Management Company!

For the positives; I found the management company to be wonderful. Karina was extremely helpful and responsive. Checking in and check out were super easy. The beds were comfortable and space was very nice and as described. The children had a blast in the pool and the hot tub. What we found to be the down sides were that the equipment in the kitchen needed a refresh. The non stick surfaces on the pans were all scratched up (maybe it's just me, but I don't want to eat the top layer of the pan). We're used to rentals with additional essentials; spices, laundry detergent, dish and dishwasher soap. This house had 3 packets to wash clothes, 2 packets for the dishwasher and no spices (salt, pepper, etc). The hot tub felt like it took forever to heat. I had to turn it on for about an hour before it heated up. We also had a mishap with the smoke detectors where they woke us up a couple of nights. I did make the management company aware after the first night and it got worse on that second night keeping us up most of the night. This may have just been bad timing.

Thanks for a great stay!

The house was great! Heated Pool, nice spacious rooms, clean! Karina, the Property Manager, was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. I would stay there with my family again and again! We had a blast!!!!

It was fantastic!!!!

Wow !! For my first experience I must say I was impressed!! The property manager was awesome !! She was so pleasant and very welcoming!!! We stayed in communication and she really made me and my guest feel at home !! Being a New Yorker we love a good hospitality treatment and that is exactly what we received !!!! Don’t hesitate book NOW you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!

Karina is the BEST

Everything was as advertised. Karina was so prompt to communicate and helped us with everything. She even brought us tooth brushes and shampoo that we didn’t travel with. We forgot to take the trash out on pickup day and she came to handle that. Best VRBO/BNB experience EVER.

This place was nice for the price. Pool, hot tub and patio cushions needed to be cleaned, though - scrubbed thoroughly. The hot tub only worked half of the time. The host was nice, though. She was really prompt about returning messages.

Safety Hazards

There are a couple of safety items that need to be addressed. The master shower tile is outdated, which caused a fall and concussion to one of the members staying. In addition, there are no grips on the rug in the kitchen, which is another falling hazard. House was clean, pool was nice. Beds are uncomfortable.
