Kilifi is a sustainable two-storey home with stunning views of the Indian Ocean located walking distance from the pristine beaches of Margaret River. Come and enjoy the quintessential Margaret River lifestyle at Kilifi.

The house is powered by the sun, with a battery system attached to provide power through the night, and a 7kW Electric Vehicle charger for guest use.

Kilifi Beach House is a short walk from pristine beaches, world class surf, a fantastic local bar/restaurant, and a beachfront cafe with a stellar view.

Check the surf from the house then head to one of the waves within walking distance of the property, such as Grunters, Gas Bay, Sewers, Gnarabup and Boaties to name a few, and several more within a five minute drive. Beautiful swimming beach at Gnarabup and many family activities available in the area to make your holiday a memorable one for all.

THE HOUSE

Upstairs is the master suite, containing one ensuited bedroom, private living area, kitchenette and balcony, as well as a private entrance. The suite provides a fantastic vantage point for watching the sunset over the Indian Ocean.

The first level contains two more bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living area. The house is heated by a slow combustion wood fire.

Pets are welcome by arrangement, but please ensure pets stay off of furniture and out of the bedrooms.

NEARBY

Kilifi Beach House is 10 minutes drive to Margaret River and is conveniently located close to the region's wineries, restaurants, caves, craft breweries, forests and other attractions. Kilifi Beach House is ideal for couples, or two families/groups to stay comfortably.

The Gnarabup/Prevelly area has excellent cycle and footpath access and visitors can easily fill their itinerary with activities such as surfing, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding and cycling without driving. Gnarabup reserve is a beautiful area across the road from Kilifi with space to kick the footy and a playground for the little and big kids. "The Common" Bar and Restaurant are just the other side of the reserve and "The White Elephant" Cafe is located at Gnarabup beach, a short walk from Kilifi. Both these venues serve delicious food and The Common has a great selection of craft beers, a carefully selected wine list and delicious cocktails. All venues are family friendly.
