Beautiful brand new condo in San Jose Del Cabo - Peninsula
Located in the hotel zone off the Paseo Malecon over looking the golf course. This brand new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom end unit is available for rentals. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, ensuite with large shower and a private patio with outlook. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Bedrooms and main living area all have air conditioning and the unit has In suite laundry.The kitchen has appliances for your cooking needs or the shops and an array of restaurants are a short stroll down the hill.
The condo is now connected to internet. Two smart TVs are also included.
The pool area features a large pool and deck area and a lovely Palapa with internet access and many comfortable seating sections for you to relax and enjoy the views of the golf course, sea of Cortez and Los Cabos hillside.
This is a gated community with security on site.
There are two beach access points close to the condo. One is a short 5 min walk directly across the main street, or turn left and take a longer 10 minute walk to a quieter side of the beach. A 10-minute walk into old San Jose del Cabo for wonderful dining, shopping, artists, and culture.
La Comer and Select Chadril (grocery stores). Mcdonalds, Starbucks and more are @ 10 minutes up the road in the shopping plaza. Los Cabos is a 25-30 minute drive (or you can take the bus).
Located approx 15 minutes from the San Jose Airport.

We are a family who love Los Cabos! A visit a few years ago began our love affair with this beautiful place. Now we cant wait to return! We hope you enjoy your stay.
Why they chose this property
Traveling to San Jose for the past 6 years we fell in love with the complex at Peninsula. We are situated on a hill overlooking the golf course and the sea of Cortez. You can sit on the patio and watch golfers, birds, and enjoy the scenic countryside. The complex is private and quiet, yet close to all the amenities you will need on your trip. It is brand new and ready for you to enjoy!
We stay frequently and the condo is well maintained and appointed. The other residents are friendly and welcoming.
