From here, you can enjoy beautiful views of the harbour, ocean, and surrounding hills through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The modern kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, pantry, and large fridge.
The two upstairs bedrooms are designed for comfort and convenience. The master bedroom features a King Size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and an integrated DVD system, while the second bedroom offers two King Single beds. The main bathroom, stylishly appointed with dark porcelain tiles and white amenities, includes a luxurious two-person Aerospa and a large walk-in shower.

The downstairs area mirrors the upstairs in quality and style. It includes two bedrooms, one with a King Size bed and the other with two King Single beds, both furnished to match the upstairs rooms and equipped with a wall-mounted TV/DVD system in the master. The downstairs bathroom features a large walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. The laundry, also located downstairs, includes a washing machine and dryer.
OUTDOORS
The property offers undercover parking for three cars and additional space for a boat. An outdoor hot water shower is available to rinse off sand after a day at the beach, and there is a lockable storage area large enough to accommodate surfboards up to 2.4 meters long.
