Middleton Halleedays - Beach getaway

#49 Hargreaves Road might just be the ideal alternative to the higher-cost rentals along the Middleton coast! Set just one block behind the Esplanade, it’s a short walk only for beach access it shapes as the ideal holiday getaway for your family, talk to us if you have any special requests and we will consider!

Accommodation includes 3 bedrooms comprising 2 x queen beds, 1 x double and a games room with a double sofa bed. *Please note bed sheets and bath towels are not provided. Quilts with cover, pillows and mattress protectors are provided.

Presentation is clean, efficient and comfortable. Two separate zones if needed, one for you, one for the kids which includes TV, Wii and DVD. You can walk to the local licensed tavern for meals or stay home, use the barby and savour the sounds and sight of the sea from the outdoor covered deck. It’s all here in simple but well-appointed holiday accommodation.

It was wonderful to hear the waves crashing being so close to the beach. What I would call a traditional beach shack but with modern amenities! Clean, tidy and had everything you could want or need. Great yard for the dog and easy walking distance to grab coffee from the Big Surf coffee co. Travelling with 2 teen boys the games room was a hit… if the weather isn’t beach appropriate you could easily entertain yourself there for hours!

Clean and homely feel. Great games room and large outdoor for our dog to run around in. Very close to the beach. Plus not far to Port Elliot and other tourist towns.

Our "summer" getaway
Property was good, bit dated but had everything we needed. We are keen surfers so location was great. Loved rhe pool table & decking, used both a lot. Only thing I'd mention is seemed to have a mould smell in back bedroom....also the property probably has beautiful floor boards underneath carpets....

Nice surf beach holiday
Nice 3 br house close to fantastic Middleton surf beach. Our two teenagers and their friend appreciated the large rumpus room which had a tv with a sound bar. The darts board got a work out as well. We didn't need to communicate with the owner because the information on the website and in the house book covered everything we needed.

Very happy with place very homely with great activities to do,great views,dog frien will do it again
Close walk to beach , views were really good from lots of windows, absolutely comfortable for pets & we covered all furniture, plus the back yard was great for pets & fully fenced so good for very small dogs huge bonus, the 2 very large T.V.s was so so good huge tick to owners, there was everything we needed don't get that very often, we took 2 barby mats for barby & it cooked absolutely beautiful, if you have children of any age it's so well catered for, great bedding arrangements great hosts will definitely be back :)

Relaxing and enjoyable summer break with Pet!
We had a thoroughly relaxing two week break in Halleedays. Unfortunately the weather (wind in particular) was not our side for most of the two weeks so we were unable to enjoy the fantastic deck and yard as much as we would have liked but the kids were kept well occupied with the pool table as well as the electronic devices! Having that extra living space made our lives so much easier being inside so much. The house was very clean and well kept and walking distance to the beach (not much swimming but lots of walks on the beach to keep the dog happy). Even walking distance to the Middleton cafes!

Beautiful spot
It wasn’t as clean as you would expect, covers had to be taken off AC units etc on arrival. Check in code changed from the booking on the morning of the arrival. Which wouldn’t have been an issue but this was a birthday surprise that I booked for my wife and her best friends so they had issues when they got to the property as I was away at work.
