The outdoor living space at this property is absolutely spectacular! The spacious yard is full of flowers and plenty of hedges for privacy. It even has a little citrus orchard! The indoor living area features a glass wall that completely opens up to the covered back patio, truly making the patio feel like an extension of the home. The retractable 15' x 25' foot canvas canopy that extends off of the covered patio is perfect for those days when you might want some extra shade! The open floor-plan of the home continues from the inside out, adding to the resort-like feel of the property. You can dine outdoors all year long at the 8-person outdoor teak dining table.

39 Zen is all about helping you find your zen! Enjoy a relaxing morning coffee in the enclosed front courtyard, featuring a peaceful fountain and patio set. Or, start your morning off with a little yoga in the zen courtyard off the master ensuite. Go for a swim in the salt-water mosaic tile pool and spend the day soaking up the sun and taking in the 360 degree mountain views. Cool off in the outdoor shower off the Master Ensuite, or lounge the afternoon away in the hammock! At night, you can enjoy the stunning silhouettes of the property’s 39 palms as the sun sets. Relax in the huge 12-person spa, featuring an LED colour-changing light and gorgeous waterfall, or cozy up by either of the natural gas outdoor fireplaces under the California stars. Take a walk through the citrus orchard and pick a few fresh lemons and limes for an evening cocktail. It doesn't get any better! Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Both of the bedrooms are spacious and stylish, with luxury bedding, pillow-top mattresses, and modern décor. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a 50” HDTV. The beautiful master ensuite has a steam shower and separate bluestone soaker tub. The guest bedroom has two Double beds and a 32” HDTV. The entire guest bathroom is a wet-room that turns into one large shower area. There is a powder room off the main living space for visitors. All of the bathrooms feature high-end fixtures, fully automatic Duravit toilets and bluestone countertops.

Kitchen/Living Area
The kitchen and living area combine to create a huge open room. The living area features a 60” HDTV, comfortable seating, and a gorgeous gas fireplace covered in Polish marble from top to bottom. The massive kitchen is a chef’s dream. It has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, beautiful caeserstone quartzite countertops, custom cabinetry and is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need! Features like the 48” Thermador gas cooktop and enormous fridge make entertaining easy! Just off the kitchen is a funky bar area, complete with a custom backsplash and separate wine cooler - the perfect spot to mix yourself a drink! The kitchen island is huge, with three barstools and separate prep sink.

39 Zen has free WiFi. Bring your own iPod and speakers to play your favourite music. The house even has electric blinds throughout – you do not need to lift a finger!
