TOP LEVEL
From the elevated aspect the Master Bedroom has been designed with a spacious open plan - including a walk in wardrobe and large open plan ensuite bathroom. A quick stroll across the overhead walkway brings you to the separate living area with beautiful pool views.
BOTTOM LEVEL
Downstairs features three generous sized bedrooms all with open plan ensuite bathrooms, queen beds and lake views. The second and third living areas are located on the lower level. The second living area complete with tv and lounge and opens onto the back undercover balcony.
You have direct access from your own backyard to Wamberal lagoon.
LOCATION
Located on the scenic Central Coast, which is only 90 minutes north of Sydney CBD via the M1 Freeway.
Enjoy fishing and stand up paddle boarding from your own backyard with Wamberal Beach, cafes and shops just across the water.
The property is located a short drive to Wamberal beach which is popular amongst tourists and residents for its great surfing, fishing, and diving. Terrigal beach is also a short drive where you will find trendy cafes, boutique shops and fine dining.
ERINA FAIR – Located just 10 minutes away
With Myer, Kmart, Target, Big W, Best & Less, Woolworths, Coles and Aldi and over 300 specialty stores. Hoyts Cinema, the Erina Ice Arena, a variety of restaurants and a playground for the children.
BOND - $2000
NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR
Please note our properties are designed specifically for larger groups, however they are not party houses.
The guests agrees to:
- Have no more than the agreed upon number of occupants at the house.
- Not have any party, event or function
- Please note we cap the adults at the house, unless otherwise approve. (We accept corporate, retreats, family groups with children)
- The lead guest is responsible for the group conduct – we ask that everyone abides by local laws and rules including conducting themselves in a manner which is not a nuisance to neighbours.
- POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM - 10PM
Noise
- You are welcome to use a speaker ‘UE Boom 3’ size or similar at the property at a reasonable level. We work on a one warning basis, so if there are neighbour complaints, we will ask you to turn this off.
- QUIET HOURS: Between 10pm and 7am, no speaker is permitted between these times.
- DJS are not permitted onsite at any time.Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all properties.
- Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaint – please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend.
