We are proud to offer our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom beach house for your next holiday/break.
The house has 1 queen size and 2 singles making for a comfortable arrangement for 4ppl.
There is wireless internet and large 50inch tv for relaxing and browsing the net.
If you have a larger group we can also make a separate 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with a laundry as a separate area for friends or family which can host 4 ppl with queen size bed and 2x fold out sofa beds. (Please contact us for details on the additional rates that apply, we do not take separate bookings during a guest stay so you will have the place to yourself)
The internals are newly renovated with smooth epoxy floors and new ceiling fans throughout and large reverse cycle aircon in the main living area that will cool and heat the whole house.
The location is quiet and so close to the beach. The local beachside cafe/restaurant is a short walk , restaurants and the caloundra power boat club for breakfast, lunch and dinners are all within a 5min walk from the front door.
Watch the walkers/runners on the mangrove walk from the front balcony while you enjoy your drinks/meals.
Short walk (50m) and your onto the beach or the dog park. Did I mention the yard is fully fenced and is dog friendly so you can bring the furry friend on your holiday without the kennel fees. (separate fee applies, pets outside pls)

Grab a mango from the backyard if you like....we have two big trees. If its in season the peach or orange trees may also be to your liking.
Once you arrive, put your car keys away as everything is only a short walk.
Walk 300m up the road to plenty of food options such as Thai, fish and chips, Chinese, pizza, coffee shops, bakery, gelato, post office, bottle shop (BWS), newsagent, supermarket (IGA) and the Caloundra power boat club.
For the boaties... there are multiple ramps to launch the vessel, the closest is just 2mins away and has ample parking for the trailer in the carpark.
If you bring the boat there is ample parking right out front. There are even security cameras that keep an eye on things outside. (The undercover parking has a 2.3m clearance for any larger vehicles.)
For those going fishing, grab some fresh bait across the road at low tide (or frozen stuff down at the IGA) and head out into the passage to catch some flathead, bream and whiting straight off the beach.
Running tracks lead all the way to Kings and Bullcock beach about 4km of flat winding beach side path.
Great walking, running and riding paths for kilometers with plenty of beach scenery. Parks are everywhere with BBQs and covered eating areas. Grab some prawns from the local fish co-op and sit on the park benches and watch the pelicans and tides....
Please bring your own linen or if its more convenient we can make available at an additional cost. If you need access to the separate laundry pls let us know at the time of your booking.
There will be no other guests staying at the property during your stay and you will have the upper floor, parking and backyard to yourselves.
