Great location, something for everyone!

A fantastic place to stay! A group of friends stayed here for a weekend and we were all very impressed with the property. Clean, spacious and well stocked. There are plenty of games for both kids and adults, basic pantry needs, handy kitchen utensils that you always forget to pack and most importantly comfy beds! Great location. The bottle of wine on arrival is a nice personal touch too. Highly recommend!

Aldinga beach holiday

The home was in a good location with all the amenities we needed, a great bed in the master suite upstairs and as it was hot we really appreciated the air-conditioned bedrooms and fans in all except the downstairs bedroom which became quite warm. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax and we look forward to returning. One minor improvement for me would be blackout blinds or curtains in the main bedroom as I like a dark room in the morning, Many thanks Julia.

Beautiful house, awesome location

Stayed with my wife, kids and granddaughter. We loved the place and would absolutely stay there again. It's outside the city and close to the beach. Everything we wanted in a place. Also, the local bakery makes awesome kitchener buns with real cream!

Aldinga Beach Holiday

The property was clean, well equipped and is in a great location.(Even fresh flowers to welcome us.) We had a great holiday with the children & grandchildren. It is close to a playground, dog park and the esplanade. Easy walk to the reef for the little ones for crab hunting. Then perfect to be able to drive onto the beach with all the swimming gear.

Fabulous short stay on a rainy weekend

What a fantastic weekend away in a great holiday home. Unfortunately our getaway coincided with quite rainy weather, but the house was so well set up that a weekend indoors proved just as much fun! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, including cute Christmas decorations. The house is well stocked with all the essentials, and a great layout for kicking back with friends to enjoy a local drop of wine. It was just the adults for this trip, but definitely keen to come back with kids and fur baby as the set up for them is equally great with plenty of toys, second living space, and fully enclosed yard. Just a short walk to the beach, what more can you ask for! Great responsive hosts. A fantastic little getaway.

perfect base for our SA visit

Loved the layout and the extra touches of the home. We were visiting from interstate and could easily host local family members & friends and catch up with them in comfort. Aldinga has loads of fabulous eating options and the beach is such fun. Would love to stay again!

Great place

Enjoyed the stay. House was good with a lovely complimentary bottle of wine. Great, easy communication with the owners. The only thing we didn’t like was having to take our rubbish with us instead of placing them in the house council bins.

The Beach Retreat

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation with secure rear yard. Fantastic location with beaches, cafes and restaurants in walking distance, lots to see and do within a short drive. We will be back!

Weekend getaway

Hi Julia. We did enjoy our stay and it was great with the dogs as well. Only problem for us was the stairs. Not your fault though. We have disabilities and our dog is 14: 1/2 yrs old so boys had to carry a 41 kg Labrador up and down the stairs! Anyway thanks so much for a lovely place. Would suggest mats outside of doors to protect carpet . Kind regards Jo Goodall

Very comfortable house

Great Stay.

Our 3 families had a great stay, plenty of room for all of us and our 3 dogs who enjoyed the fenced back yard. Ample supplies of kitchen and bathroom supplies. Also a few pantry supplies. The three toilets were an added bonus. House is just around corner from takeaway shops. Communication was extremely prompt and helpful. Thank you Julia.

Super Stay!

We hired this house for friends to stay with us the night before and night of our son’s wedding. The house had ample room to accommodate 3 couples and 4 adult children. It was well furnished, clean and the instant hot water service and 3 toilet were highly valued. We had a delightful stay and would highly recommend this place. Many thanks.

A new build in 2016, we have tried to think of everything.

Just a short stroll to the Aldinga Esplanade, and a short drive to the beach, this property is ideally located for a summer get away.

With the Willunga and McLaren Vale wine regions just a few minutes away, The Beach Retreat is also ideal as a base for a wine tour, or as accommodation for a wedding.

The property features a large upstairs master bedroom, with a double, 2 singles, and 4 bunks down stairs.

The living area has been designed for maximum comfort. The house is fully air conditioned , has ample kitchen facilities, as well as a large entertaining area, including a Weber BBQ.

We have included complimentary body wash, lotions, shampoo and conditioner, as well as a complimentary bottle of local wine.

This is a pet friendly property (by negotiation)
