Rooftop solar panels provide the house with renewable energy during the day, and powers the EV-charging port in the front, encouraging an eco-conscious stay.
BEDROOMS:
• 4 luxurious queen bedrooms and a 6 bed bunk bedroom with ultra-comfortable mattresses.
• Select bedrooms feature ample storage space (including a walk-in robe in the upstairs bedroom) and one bedroom downstairs boasts a flat-screen TV.
• Each room is equipped with ceiling fans, reading lights, and block-out window blinds for a restful stay.
• Enjoy cosy electric blankets on queen beds during winter, complemented by goose-down duvets and premium pillows.

• 2 downstairs bathrooms with rain shower heads, and a separate downstairs WC.
• Upstairs, you’ll find an ensuite bathroom with WC, and a separate WC and powder room.

HOUSE RULES:
RESPECT and look after the house as if it were yours
No outside shoes in the house
Leave the house as tidy as you found it
Dishes washed and put away when you leave (including the dishwasher)
BBQ to be left clean and ready for the next guests ($50 fee for cleaning the BBQ)
Windows shut and secured when you leave
Bins emptied and put in council bin ready for collection
Couches, tables and beds must not be moved
Other furniture to be returned as you found it
