Family Fun at Barrakee Beach House anglesea

Our family beach house is suitable for family groups and small mature groups. Children are very welcome and love their visit here and your family pet dog will also be considered 🐶
Many extras include free wifi, Foxtel , multiplesTVs, outdoor spa, games room with pool table.
Accommodates 8 in 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bunk room with tri-bunk and separate single bed. 2 family bathrooms.
All bed linen and bath towels provided.
Large upstairs covered deck with patio blinds provide plus smaller decks and large garden deck.
Off street driveway parking and locked shed for storage of bikes and wet items.
In quiet location with tree views and short walk to village shops, river walks, playgrounds and main beach.

5 stars are not enough to rate this property. Very thoughtfully presented with everything you might need. Very comfortable. Excellent under cover outdoor area. Lots of activities, games etc. Loved it.

wanted for nothing

A lovely house and so well equipped that there was nothing we needed. When the weather was bad there were plenty of games in the house and when the weather was good there was the spa. Close to the shops and restaurants so we could just leave the car at home and walk down. A wonderful host who made sure to check if there was anything else we needed.

Easter holiday

The property is well cared for and set up to cater for a range of ages. Great facilities and thoughtful resources mean you really don't need to take anything with you, it is all provided. The hosts are very accessible and concerned that you get the best experience.

A great place to stay!!

We loved our stay at this property. The spa and billiard table helped us to enjoy lots of fun times together as a family. The property is close to shops and a short walk through the residential area took us to the beautiful walking tracks along the river. Our host was very accommodating and responsive. We thoroughly recommend this property to other travelers.

Perfect little get away

Perfect little getaway for the weekend with family and friends. Glenys made everything easy from our enquiry to see if our dog could stay through to turning the spa on before we arrived. The property was clean & tidy, functional with a lot of living areas, pool table and felt very homely. It’s only a very short walk to Anglesea shops and a little more to the beach. Would stay again but for longer next time.

Well equipped great house in Anglesea

We loved our stay at this property. We had a group of 8 adults and an 18 month old and our dog. House was beautifully clean and very well equipped for cooking, entertaining, kids and more! Glenys was very easy to deal with and I greatly appreciated her quick communication and assistance pre check in. Highly recommend for family groups. Will stay here again!

Don’t go past this one...wonderful beach house stay!

We had such a relaxing stay at Barrakee Beach House. Everything was so organised and well provided for. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and easy. We could bring our Spoodle which was a priority for us and there was a pool table and outdoor spa which, with post-teenage children and partners, was a bonus and very much made our holiday a fun family event. It was a short walk to the shops and a little further to the beach which was pleasant because we felt close enough to conveniences yet secluded. We highly recommend a stay here. We’ll certainly be back again some day!

Great house to get away for the weekend

Great house to stay away for a long weekend with the wife, children and the dog. Place was clean, tidy and well appointed. Great little touches such as a Nespresso coffee machine with some pods and a little basket of snacks that makes the difference. Glenys was great. Thanks for hosting us

Fantastic home away from home

Everything you would need for a holiday, be it with friends or family. From games, books, movies so many modern choices to keep you entertained. Beautiful Anglesea and other coastal towns to explore.

Just fantastic

Glenys was one of the nicest hosts I have come across over a lifetime of renting many properties, her thoughtfulness & attention to detail really made a difference. Barrakee beach house has everything you need, great outdoor area to relax, the beds were SO comfy... having foxtel so we could watch the football was also a fantastic touch. Relaxing, inviting and well appointed

We had a wonderful stay due to Glenys’ attention to detail. Glenys made contact with us prior to our stay to ensure our needs were catered for. It was such a well appointed house - pantry, kitchen, bathroom supplies were ample. There were great zones for the whole family and room for our dog. Thank you so much - we will be back!
