The town centre is less than a 10 minute walk with all its bustling cafes. Smell the sea air and hear the waves from your bedroom. You will not find a house with a better location.

This beautiful home will be your home away from home. Its located in one of the most sought after pockets of Old Torquay. This charismatic beach house, with the original exterior, is well maintained with stylish furnishing and all the comforts you seek from a holiday home. Located less than 150 metres from the beach. Take a short stroll and you will be enjoying a sunset by the water.

This property is equipped with a Putt Putt Golf course, an outdoor firepit perfect for roasting marshmallows, so there is lots for the kids to do when they are not across the road at the Beach.

Enjoy the open planned kitchen, dining and living area complete with stone bench tops and quality s/s appliances. Two bathrooms makes this well suited to the family getaway or the mature couples seeking some time out by the coast. Soak up the sun while enjoying your morning coffee on either outdoor deck.

Stay comfortable at any time of the year, the beauty of the Surf Coast doesn’t stop just because it is getting cooler!

We offer a full catering service if you wish to spoil your guests.

PLEASE NOTE: Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am. We look forward to welcoming you to our backyard.

A wonderful stay in gorgeous Felix Beach House
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Torquay staying in this beautiful house. It is comfortably and stylishly furnished with everything we could need for our family. The location is perfect, a short stroll to the beach and cafes. Paula was a very welcoming and accommodating host. We especially enjoyed playing Melbourne Monopoly!!

Had a weekend here with a group of friends. The house was in an excellent location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The styling and vibe of the property is amazing and it has a very welcoming feel. Everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay was provided and Paula was responsive and helpful with many questions we had. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We had an amazing time once again, apart from the cold weather, we still had a great time, the heaters inside kept us warm. We had our 13 year old niece with us & she loved it as well, she loved how close to the beach it is, also she loved the mini golf outside. Thank you so much Paula for letting us stay.

This house was perfect for our family of six adults and two dogs. There was plenty of space for us to be together, or to have privacy. We were so close to the beach that it was an easy walk anytime and our dogs loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Felix Beach House! Such a great location so close to the beach and the house is decorated so tastefully, creating a relaxed yet luxurious & modern beach vibe. Paula was so lovely to deal with and always quick to respond. We loved the fact that our fur baby was welcome in the home too, allowing us to have a family holiday with all of our members! We would absolutely love to return some day soon, maybe with another family as there is plenty of room. Highly recommend this stunning property.

Property is in a fantastic location. Perfect layout for two families. Tastefully decorated to suit the beachside environment. Comfortable beds and couches. Everything is fantastic except the property is very grubby, it needs a thorough clean, especially in the kitchen. Would only stay again if cleaning issues are addressed.
