Great Location
Wonderful place to say. Round the corner to Gympie Tce which has plenty of restaurants, cafes and Pelican beach. The unit was well presented and had everything you needed. Would stay again in the future.

Lovely stay along Gympie Terrace
We stayed 5 nights and had a lovely stay without any issues. We appreciated the close proximity to restaurants and the comfortable layout of the property together with the supplies and treats provided. There are two bathrooms, a separate toilet (x3) and ample outdoor space. The separate tv areas (one upstairs and one downstairs) would be great for parents and kids or also a second couple. We recommend the Noosa National Park Coastal walk for the breathtaking landscapes and hidden beaches) Eumundi market and also visiting Sunshine and Peregian Beach. We just loved all the varied landscapes, walking tracks and warm water. We’ll definitely visit Noosa again. Our favourite restaurant was Sun Yum Guys and we also loved the local fish and chip shop the Red Emperor. Enjoy your stay!

Loved our stay at this property. Spotlessly clean, arrived to a lovely and generous basket of goodies. Has everything you need including a beach bag and so close to the Noosaville eateries and river foreshore for swimming. Highly recommended.

What a lovely well located and appointed apartment , ,close to shops,cafes,bars and restaurants,and the beautiful Noosa waterways..The apartment was impeccably clean,and importantly both bedrooms had attached ensuites.The balconies were lovely,and the dining and living areas extensive.We along with our guests were most impressed.and highly recommend it.

Great apartment
Host supplies, everything you could think of! A welcome pack welcome pack, and in addition, glad wrap foil, baking paper, spices, salt and pepper and not in small amounts. It makes it so convenient to not have to go to the shops and buy all those things then leave them behind or thrown out. Courtyards Private, both front and back. Pool a wee bit chilly, but we are in the water every morning and afternoon, we spent our whole time wondering whether we could buy the place. Not once did we need an air-conditioner on in the apartment it is on the ground floor so you're not getting heat through the ceiling and making the apartment hot and unbearable. The host kept in contact with me prior to us, arriving and assured me that everything would run smoothly, and it did, not disappointed and would stay again.

Great Hosts and great location
This property is located in an great location, that is right near the River and lots of great restaurants. It was great that each bedroom had its own ensuite. We had a couple of minor issues when we arrived and Maria was very responsive in sending round her husband Geoff and it was all resolved the following morning. Overall we had a great time and the facilities are great too.

Lovely property that’s very well stocked with everything you need. Great location that quiet but close enough to walk everywhere. Only downside was that the bed in the 2nd bedroom was very hard! Would stay again, especially in summer.

Relaxing family getaway
The apartment was instantly welcoming and was very well equipped. The kids loved having access to both a pool and the river for swimming. The location was perfect for enjoying the Noosaville river front. Maria was great & responsive with her communication. There were so many spaces within the apartment and grounds to enjoy and relax. We'd love to stay again!

My partner and I came up to stay at this property in Noosa for our holiday break. It was a lovely experience and the property was exactly as it was listed. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious with a barbecue on the deck which was a bonus. The location is moments from the water in a quiet neighbourhood. We wish we didn't have to leave. Great stay.

We could not have asked for anything more for our pre Xmas catch up. The accommodation was divine, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen.Outdoor and pool area fabulous to finish the day with bubbles and a swim. The location is brilliant, close to some of Noosa best restaurants. Walks or runs along the river,and the best coffee to finish, just around the corner. Morning swims, paddle boarding. We had a ball. We will definitely be back for next years pre Xmas girls get together. Thankyou Maria.

Construction was closer and louder than expected 6 days a week from before 7am. Floors were very wet when we arrived late in the day. Cleanliness was poor, property smells damp and mouldy in areas, had to clean blinds in bedrooms and doors etc to help the room smell better. The couch was uncomfortable and a bit smelly. It was difficult as a longer stay and in the end cut it short by 3 days as we could no longer handle it and the next day Monday the construction would be starting again. The host did provide fragrance free sheets which was much appreciated due to chemical allergies. The range of toiletries provided were also very good. The location of the property being close to the river was very handy.

Absolutely Spot on
The property suited our needs to a tee. Location is perfect being in a quieter street but virtually on the river, and with a bus stop almost at the door step to head to main beach and elsewhere. The seperate upstairs and downstairs longer TV areas made it ideal for adults and teen to do own thing and not get in each other’s way. Loved it and will more than likely be back again.

Wonderful!
We had a very comfortable and homely stay at Maria's place (12 days, but still too short!). Kitchen is well equipped, home is spacious with multiple chilling areas - all very comfy. Location is great, close to Noosaville cafes, the river, close to the bus into Noosa... Or walk.. Or ride your bike! We will not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it. Thanks Maria!

Winter Getaway
This was a well needed break for our family. Thank you Maria for keeping us informed of how to check in and then giving us a later check out, and for the cheeky gift basket on arrival. The apartment was just what we expected and suited us perfectly. It had everything we needed and more. We would like to come back in summer and enjoy the unit with all the outdoor spaces and utilize the ability to open up and get those river breezes. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to Pelican Beach and the river, practically at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Numero Uno! Perfect
Our family of four- my husband and I and our daughters (18 & 20) spent a week here, including Christmas Day. The location is fantastic- accessible to everywhere we wanted to go; walking distance to all the restaurants and cafes in Gympie Terrace, the ferry into Hastings Street in Noosa, as well as the free bus at the end of William Street. Supermarkets and other shops close by. The apartment is extremely well equipped, very tastefully decorated, and full of extras which made our stay very special. We made the most of the well equipped kitchen and ate in for several meals, as well as using the BBQ. The pool was very welcoming and it was great having several lounge areas and outdoor eating areas within the apartment. Maria was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again! We give Uno at Drifters 10 out of 10!!

Noosa offers great restaurants with sustainable food produce, pristine beaches, excellent hiking and a very laid back and friendly vibe. My husband and I love relaxing and spending time here because of the many things to experience here.

Why they chose this property

What attracted us most about this property was its close proximity to the water. As we enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding it's so easy to pop the board or kayak into the water 30 metres away. The bike tracks in this area are very safe, scenic and fabulous. We are walking distance to all supermarkets, and we ride down to the Noosa Gourmet Markets often. There are an abundance of restaurants walking distance away. In fact you may never need your car. The other feature we love about the unit is the private garden it offers with complete privacy.

What makes this property unique

The waterviews from the upstairs balcony are serene and once again the garden around the unit is unique and private. Even though it's just a 2 bedroom unit we have 2 living areas and each bedroom has its own ensuite and there is an extra toilet downstairs. There is loads of space. I've equipped the kitchen for people who like to cook as it really annoyed me when we used to rent holiday places ourselves with no amenities on the entertaining side. We have cleaners who use organic based products only and we try to steer away from any chemicals.
