ACCOMMODATION
This property is located in a residential area and there are no parties or functions permitted. Strictly No smoking.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is not before 2pm (NSW) time on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am (AEST) on departure date.
You must notify management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 1 day before arrival.
Check-in/check- out and key collections/return procedures will be face to face with management, please advise estimated time of arrival and departure so keys can be collected.
Guests are to advise 24 hours prior to arrival of estimated time or arrival at the holiday house address so that the property manager can meet them at the front entrance. We will meet and greet you at the property and then personally hand you the keys.

GUESTS DEPARTURE
Departing guests must leave property clean and tidy. This includes emptying rubbish bins, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher, cleaning out fridge.
