Child safe white sandy Beach 14 meters from your door. Catch crabs or fish and enjoy the natural pristine environment.
The town has two restaurants, two delis , iga, two pubs with bottle shop, bakery, service station and visitor information center. A two million dollar boat ramp and great fishing.
Spoil your loved ones and create your memories... As we have for many years with our family.
SLEEPS 6 - 1 QUEEN, 2 KING SINGLES AND 2 SINGLES IN THE THIRD BEDROOM
Carport for two cars
plus boat park out front on wide foot path for your use.
Brand NEW Ducted Air Con and additional split system for heat and cool in main living room
Plasma Tele plus DVD and blue ray player. Bring your external hard drive to plug in movies.
Hot spot from your phone for internet access.
Smart tv can be hotspot to your mobile for Netflix and other streaming services.
Lounge and main bedroom look out onto the beachfront just 14 metres away
Lovely front lawn with Pine tree for shade. Enjoy the sunset as dusk arrives.
Electric Blankets
Pillows and doonas are supplied for all beds... Just bring your sheets 1 queen, 2 king singles and 2 single sets of sheets and if you have a favorite pillow!
Our caretaker will open up for you and clean after you depart. Keys will be in the secret spot , when you arrive. The spot will be advised once booking confirmed. Put them back in the same spot when you leave.

3.Rubbish Bin pick up is early Monday morning so you will need to put the bin out the night before. If you are checking out on the Sunday, please put the red lidded bin out to the curb side for collection.
Cleaning: Your cleaner has been arranged, so please remove all rubbish (into red lidded bin), any recycling (into yellow lidded bin), any green waste (into green lidded bin) and leave the house tidy.
Ducted Air Conditioning: The controls are located above the electricity power box in the foyer.
UPON LEAVING
1.Check the fridge and remove all personal food items.
2.Lock all doors and windows
3.Leave keys back in the secret spot where you found them.
4.Drive safely and we hope to see you again!
