Visit the Avoca Beach Markets (4th Sunday of the month) and the Avoca Beach picture theatre.

Avoca Escape
Lovely two nights stay, unit was nice with everything you need, and a great verandah where you can sit and watch the waves crashing on the beach and be lulled by the sound of the ocean.We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host Chris was helpful and easy to contact.

Great location....mere seconds to the beach!
We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Chris' cosy beachside unit. Loved waking up to the beach before the crowds, catching the sunrise and being so closed to the shops and great cafe across the road. Outdoor deck and shower was handy too. The owner was responsive and helpful. Thanks Chris for sharing your place.

Great location
We had a lovely weekend get away here. Really great location with the beach right outside your back door and a tidy and clean apartment. Another perk is the awesome cafe across the road serving fabulous coffee as well as a short walk to Avoca shops. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful stay !
We loved our stay in this apartment - it is simple, clean and complete with direct access to Avoca beach. Not luxurious but private and highly functional with easy access to Avoca shops as well.
