Perfection inside and out!

We just completed our stay and are so sad to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and made wonderful memories! It’s just as beautiful as the pics and had all the amenities listed and then some (large and small coolers, wagon, beach toys, beach towels, etc). The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We saw dolphins off the dock several mornings and evenings during our stay. Some days, when we were beached out, we were happy to just lounge in the pool which overlooks the bay. The views were gorgeous! The home is conveniently located just a few blocks from Gulf Blvd, where all the bars and restaurants are located, and we could walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The nearest hotel is TradeWinds, so if you’re familiar with the area, you’ll have an idea where the home is situated. We highly recommend this home and can’t wait to come back again-hopefully sooner than later! Thank you Suzanne for sharing your home with us!

Amazing relaxing oasis

The house is done beautifully, I felt like i was staying in my own vacation home. The outdoor space was done well and very relaxing. Beds were super comfortable from linens to mattress. The house is stocked with everything you need, I brought hangers because I have never stayed where they supply enough hangers and this house even had that detail in excess. We utilized the kayak, paddle board and fishing rods during our stay. We are hoping to make this an annual trip!

Intracoastal Gem

Excellent house, quietly located on the intracoastal, and just a short walk to the beautiful beach and the restaurants and shops on Gulf Boulevard. Extremely well equipped, immaculately clean and very comfortable, with a great kitchen and good outdoor space for sunning and dining. Suzanne is an excellent and very professional host who seems to have thought of everything you might need for an enjoyable stay!

Great house

The house is great! It was surprisingly better than the pictures because they don't show all the little things provided, plus they don't show the incredible location of the house. It's so close to everything you could ever need or want. Yet, it's in a quiet neighborhood. We can't wait to come back with all our friends!

Hidden Gem at Bahia Shores

We had a wonderful time at this gem of a property in St Pete's Beach. From first contact with Suzanne, to the writing of this review it has been a 5+ star experience. Suzanne is an excellent owner, quick to respond to any question, and very personable. The property itself was very comfortable. Well appointed - just as the pictures show. Lots of light. Comfortable beds and furniture. Definitely a well stocked kitchen. It's true...just bring your clothes and toothbrush. The outdoor space had plenty of places to watch the dolphins, stingrays, pelicans and a turtle. Fishing was great from the dock. The pool was a comfortable temperature and offered a lazy river kind of floating experience using the tube and pool noodles provided. As an added bonus we even had the experience of hurricane Nicole (a tropical storm by the time it passed over us). Suzanne was in constant contact with us to make sure we were ok. All in all, it was a fabulous month. Even our dog enjoyed the gated backyard. Thanks Suzanne for a terrific experience! We hope to return in the future.

The house is amazing and has everything you need plus more. The pool is heated and has a fun bubbler. Location is great. Just a quick walk to beach. Or short drive to park and beach. Owners were very responsive to questions. We had a wonderful experience ! Hope to revisit next year !!

Lovely home on the water

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation time at this wonderful home. The house is beautifully renovated and decorated and has everything that one needs. The location on the waterfront is stunning and the pool was wonderful to cool off in and enjoy the views. The area is very convenient to access the beach, shopping, restaurants, and St Petersburg. The communication with the owner was excellent and detail oriented which was great. We look forward to coming back!!

Great stay

Everything was as described/pictured in the listing. No surprises. Amenities are enough to keep the family occupied. Nice pool, large enough for us, plenty of chairs, tables and umbrellas. The picnic table and gas grill were welcomed amenities. Beach is a short drive or a 10 min walk. Some beachfront resorts will let you park there for a fee. This was our 11th interval rental. We own several dozen residential units and one interval rental. We travel extensively at nicer resorts. This is the first rental that was all it claimed. Better yet, no hidden surprises: no unwashed dishes stuck between clean ones, no slept in beds just remade. The place was spotless. The windows were clean and all had sheers to provide muted sunlight, something we’ve found missing at most interval rentals. Communication was fast, friendly and spot on. There were clear instructions in a helpful booklet which included good recommendations. We chose to use the owner’s cleaning service, rather than the one we have used for years. We were very pleased. The house was well stocked with essentials, plenty of kitchen utensils and a great fridge. We have stayed in St Pete Beach several items at interval rentals (30 to 90 days) and at various hotels over 30 years. First time not gulf front. We realize this was our first taste of real St Pete. The quiet at night, the sense of privacy, all combined to make a very memorable stay. Some tips if you are looking at other properties: Read what they are telling you. Look for what they don’t say. Read the reviews. Listen to what they say. What they were pleased with. Ask questions. If the owner either won’t answer, or are evasive, move on. One place in Pass-a-Grille told me they didn’t know the square footage. I passed. A chance encounter months later with someone that did stay there confirmed my decision to stay away. They used the word “dump” but yet said they didn’t leave a review.

Hands down the best VRBO ever!

The entire process with Suzanne was seamless. Communication was instantaneous. The house could not have been more perfectly laid out or decorated. Everything was sparkling clean and move in ready. You literally only need to bring your bathing suit, sunblock and food. We basically just stayed at the house the entire time. No need to leave with the beautiful pool and back area to relax in. I couldn't sleep in knowing I would be missing a beautiful sunrise. We look forward to a future travel date to this beautiful home! Thank you Suzanne!

Your own piece of paradise

This house was amazing. Suzanne's attention to detail decorating and anticipating guests needs was exceptional. We had more plans to go site-sighting in the area, but honestly didn’t get out much bc we just enjoyed the house so much. If you are looking for a relaxing tropical vacation look no further.

This property is amazing from curb appeal through the outside space

This property was stunning, spacious. warm and welcoming. All our questions were answered, the owners checked in with us and were available for questions. We had access to the beautiful pool, the dock and the water sports equipment. The house is in an amazing area of St Pete beach within a safe neighborhood surrounding by great local restaurants. We had all the ammenities we needed right down to the washer and dryer and beach towels. This is the first time I have ever used VRBO, I hope all the owners are like these owners, they thought of everything to make us feel like we were welcome! I highly reccommend this property.

What a beautiful property, it exceeded all of our expectations.

What a great week we had. With all of the concerns with covid we had no reason to leave. The owners were so easy to work with quickly answering questions and making suggestions for local fun. We spent most of the week at the house because it was so relaxing with everything we needed. The kids had a blast fishing and going around the bay on multiple water toys that were provided. We ate out several times but other that that we were home bodies. We relaxed in the pool daily and the big kitchen made it very easy to whip up meals and eat comfortably as a family. We needed a get a way with all the crazy covid stuff and we could not have picked a better place. Very clean and comfortable, we can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you Suzanne for all of your help and sharing you piece of paradise with us. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great time to rent this property!

Little piece of Paradise

We had a wonderful time! It is located in area where you didn't have to go far to do anything. Due to Covid we didn't venture out much but we did go to the beach and out to dinner. They have a great dog beach at Passe grille. Our dog loved it!. The pool was great, spent alot of time in it. The house is very homey. Thank you for sharing paradise with us. Loved the house and location!

This home is absolutely wonderful! The layout of the house is perfect - with 2 master bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms, and a 3rd bedroom with another hallway bathroom. Both master bedrooms have a view of the bay, comfortable beds and linens, and bathrooms are supplied with so many extras! The kitchen is laid out with a huge island with seating for 4 and is stocked with high end appliances, cookware, dishes and just about everything we could need for cooking. The laundry room off the kitchen is great - with lots of counter space, storage and sink. The open concept of the kitchen, living room and dining area gives a 180 degree view of the water and felt like we were outside! There are TV's in each bedroom as well as the living room, and WI FI throughout the house and outdoor area. The new heated pool is perfect for floating, sunning on the ledges or enjoying a drink on one of the pool stools. There is a large umbrella to shade the pool if needed along with lounge chairs under the pergola porch area. The outdoor dining table sits right next to the bay - so you can enjoy BBQ while watching the pelicans, egrets, herons, and dolphins come by every day! The pier is great for fishing, morning yoga or taking out one of the paddle boards or row boat! The walk to the beach is 3 blocks and takes only about 10 mins - and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Suzanne was great to work with. Check in and departure was easy to follow with the book full of instructions. We look forward to returning here next spring!

Awesome home to satisfy all your needs

First the owners were exceptionally easy to work with. The house location is perfect and close to everything. There were so many activities to stay busy around the house and within walking distance. Impressed with the organization, decor and cleaning of the house. Home was equipment with everything you need and special touches from owners to help make the most of your stay. Gorgeous waterfront home with everything you could ever need catered for...

We had a wonderful stay at Suzanne and Jeff's home, honestly could not fault one thing! It is beautifully furnished and they have quite literally thought of everything....... Suzanne was great with her contact from start to finish, from booking to our very last day she made everything very simple and was extremely helpful if we needed her. Unfortunately 'Red Tide' was in the area when we stayed, absolutely nothing that could be helped, but Suzanne went out of her way to make sure the water area around us was getting cleared daily and let us know just to contact her if it got too bad. Again we could not fault her efforts, she was extremely diligent and helpful in every way! All in all this is a stunning home, with amazing sunrise views and I'm sure the waterfront deck would be amazing when the red tide clears up, would thoroughly recommend a stay and won't hesitate to rebook next year! Thank you so much for our stay xx

Waterfront living at it’s finest!

We stayed in this beautiful bay side home for a month and we didn’t want to leave! The home is newly renovated and gorgeous inside and out. The water views are amazing for watching the birds and dolphins. It’s also a dream spot for fishing. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were plentiful and well appointed. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and easy clean up. The house provided all amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. The home owners were welcoming and accessible for any questions or concerns. It is truly a lovely home and we enjoyed everything about our stay.

Disappointed un professional in the way we were treated

My family and I stayed here for a little over a month. Never again, the owner of this home is way too meticulous and via the phone conversation that I had with him after our stay proves to me that he does not know how to conduct himself in a business manner. Please be leary if thinking of renting. He will pick a part this house after your departure just looking for a reason to complain. Two items were damaged while we stayed a window blind, and a cooler, mind you the cooler had already seen its days . Upfront you pay a damage deposit, this would have more than covered these items. He insisted on harrassing me about a wall hanging that he claims we damaged. We absolutely had no part in whatever happened to to the hanging. As far as the house goes, maybe this might be ok for a week but not any longer. The beds were like sleeping on bricks. There was no water pressure in the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms tub/shower would not properly drain resulting in standing in dirty water. There were some definitet safety hazards outdoors. One of the post on deck was dry rotted which resulted in my husband almost falling in water.The other huge problem was the pavers along front of the seawall were completely loose. This did result in my daughter to fall and hurt herself, luckily she did not fall in water. The view was nice but once a week we had to deal with the grass that the neighbors threw in the water. It ended up in our area for days. At times we dealt with garbage and even had a dead possum floating. That was really annoying. If your looking to get shade its hard as they only have 2 working unbrellas the other is broke. If your looking for a full size pool, the pictures on thier postings are deceiving as this pool only holds about 4 people. The nieghbors were nice enough to invite us over to swim.There is much more to the adventures we experienced while staying here but clearly not enough space. The owner claims hes never had a bad review, honestly i dont know how. To anyone thinking about staying at this home, my advice keep searching.

Beatiful place to stay!

It was a pleasure to work with Suzanne while arranging our stay, and the home itself is very nice. It's well decorated and was ready for us in every way. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle free, well equipped place to stay while they're in St. Pete's!

Sweet property and nice location, even with a large group.

The property is very clean, practical and beautiful. We had everything we needed and it fit all 8 if us quite comfortably. We enjoyed leisurely mornings on the deck and sunsets on the beach. The beach closest to the house is dominated by the Trade Winds Resort, which is great when you want easy access to bars and water sports. It is also really nice at night when some of the resorts have fires going. However, our favorite beaches were just a little North and a little South of there. Pass A Grille beach is gorgeous with a yummy snack bar and often some live music. There is also a rooftop bar across the street in Pass a Grille with incredible sunset views. Sunset beach is also a spectacular beach to watch the sunset... and if you walk all the way to the end there is a sweet little garden for some shade. My Dad was doing research on Dali, so spent everyday at the museum, which was an easy 15 minute drive into ST. Petersburg. The museum is worth visit. Just for fun, we did "Escape the Room" which was a fun activity for the whole family, and was really close by. This house is a great option if you prefer the quieter bay side living. We did immensely. Thank you for allowing us use of your lovely home.

Exceeded Expectations!

This beautifully decorated home easily accommodated our group of 8 (two families). It was spacious and had every amenity we needed. We loved the back patio on the water - spent time fishing, dolphin watching, paddle boarding and just relaxing. Quiet neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach. Owners were quick to respond when we had questions.
