Saltwater is the perfect get-away on the beautiful beaches of St. George Island, Florida. Centrally located, Saltwater is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, playgrounds and the island hike/bike trails. Bruce State Park, with its nine miles of pristine natural beaches, is only a short ride from your beach get-away. An excellent location & delightful interior make this home a perfect choice for your vacation. Features two bedrooms on the first level. The first is a master suite with jetted tub & a King Bed that overlooks the Gulf. The second is a well appointed bedroom with another king bed and an on-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is an open 12 ft. high children’s loft with 2 sets of trundle beds. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. Multiple TVs/BluRay DVDs, stereo & WiFi. Outdoor amenities include a private boardwalk to the beach, an outdoor shower to rinse off a day of fun in the sand, a park-style grill for fun family cookouts , and two spacious balconies overlooking the Gulf.This house is dog friendly and very child friendly (Pack-n-play, Highchair, ). Amazing as always!

This is our 5th time staying at Saltwater! Perfect as always! Dog friendly, great location, exactly as advertised. Owner was very accommodating!

House did not look like picture

We came in at night and it was no light over house number and the house pictured was white with red door but it had been painted and was yellow with white door. There were dirty dishes still in the dish washer from previous renter. The interior was otherwise clean. Needs some renovations to the interior.

Lovely beach stay!

The property was even nicer, cleaner, and more modern than expected from the pictures. This was a lovely beachfront location. So beautifully decorated! We would be happy to stay here again! My only suggestion would be more check-in instructions on how to use the lock.

Outside hose broke and barely able to use.Grill not useable.Furniture definitely needs updating for what you pay.Loved location.The other thing is there we’re things piled around outside.

Perfect spot!

We loved our stay at Saltwater. The easy access to the beach and all the shops and restaurants was wonderful. The home had everything we needed. We would return to this home in a heartbeat. It’s the perfect spot on SGI!

The views were fantastic, our son loved the loft, and everything was within walking distance. We absolutely loved the island and can’t wait to go back again to St. George Island. Our host was very responsive to any questions or requests. Highly recommend staying at Saltwater.

Great week at the beach!

Nice, clean home in a great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Beautiful view of the gulf from the porches. Neighbors are very close but was not an issue. Weather was perfect every day we were there. Layout of home was very accommodating for 2 couples allowing for privacy when needed.

This was our 4th stay at Saltwater. The location is absolutely perfect! You can walk everywhere and it’s dog friendly! The listing is exactly as it is in-person. Can’t wait to go back!

Location! Location! Location!

This beach house is in the most convenient location. Park your car and never drive anywhere for your entire vacation! Beach access from the back porch to the private beach access. Sit on the porch and watch the sunrise and dolphins swim in the ocean!

It's in the details

We want to come back it was soooo nice and the location is perfect! The little bit of yard or garden area behind the parking area is overgrown and rough on the shins. Walking between the condos was a challenge as well and downed palm tree leaves ripped my ankle open to bleed. The boards need replaced on outer decking and the screws were exposed and cut my grandsons foot open too. If the outside area got as much attention as the inside it would have been much nicer! Oh and the carpet is stained badly in one bedroom.

The island of St George is absolutely gorgeous, the location of the house is perfect, however, the house itself is in need of maintenance, for example, the upstairs a/c unit was NOT working and was 80 degrees. When host was informed by us, she replied that a part was on order, but never informed us before hand that it was not working! I think the worst part that ruined my stay was the smell of dirty dog in the house (and we have a dog), carpeting definitely should be replaced or at the very least, cleaned. Absolutely filthy! Will definitely return to St George, but not this particular house.

Want to walk out your door onto sand; or have a most amazing sea view? If so, this place is for you. Extremely well appointed and very clean. Close to everything you need. Neighbors are close, so hopefully yours are as great as mine were. If you're mobility limited, this might not be your place. Otherwise, awesome!
